Անգլիայում Սուրբ ծնունդը դիմավորում են հաղարջի սոուսով մատուցվող հնդկահավով, որի հետ մատուցվում է բրյուսելյան կաղամբ, տապակած կարտոֆիլ ու խաշած կամ գոլորշու վրա եփված բանջարեղեն:
Ավանդական սուրբծննդյան խմիչքներից անգլիացիները նախընտրում են տաք էլը:
Ֆրանսիայում սուրբծննդյան ավանդական ուտեստը հատուկ բաղադրատոմսով պատրաստված հնդկահավն է կոնյակով, սերուցքով, շագանակները, սագի լյարդից պաշտետը, պանիրների բազմաթիվ տեսակներ:
Գերմանիայում գլխավոր սուրբծննդյան ուտեստը խնձորով, սև սալորով ու կաղամբով սագն է, սերուցքով թառափը, թթու կաղամբով խոզի միսը, տնային պիրոգները: սեղանին պետք է լինի 7-9 ուտեստ:

Հոլանդիայում սուրբծննդյան սեղանին մատուցվում է ավանդական տավարի, ճագարի, հնդկահավի միս: Մսային ուտեստները մատուցվում են տաբեր բանջարեղենների, աղցանների, մրգերի ու սոուսների հետ:
Նովեգիայում մատուցվում են ձկնային ուտեստներ, ոչխարի ու խոզի մսեր, խոզի մսի տապակա, խաշած կարտոֆիլ:
Շվեդիայում Սուրբ ծննդին մատուցվում է մարինացված սելդ, մսային ուտեստներ կաղամբով ու հատապտղային սոուսով:
Բելգիայում մատուցվում է վարազի միս, հորթի երշիկ տրյուֆելով, սուրբծննդյան տորթ ու տարբեր գինիներ:
Պորտուգալիայում ուտում են բակկալաո, որի հետ խմում են քաղցր պորտվեյն:
