Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար, օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը փետրվարի 17-ին ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել՝ պետական մարմինների ղեկավար կազմի, շրջանների վարչակազմերի ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ․ տեղեկացնում են ԱՀ կառավարությունից։
Պետնախարարը ներկայացրել է պաշտոնավարման 100 օրվա ընթացքում կատարված և նախանշված աշխատանքները՝ նշելով, որ հանգամանքների բերումով այդ ժամանակահատվածից 67-ը եղել են շրջափակման օրերը: Նա ընդգծել է, որ աշխատանքն արվել է շրջափակման ընթացքում համախմբված ամբողջ թիմով։
Պետնախարարը մանրամասն ներկայացել է կառավարության գործունեության սկզբունքները, առկա մարտահրավերները, գերակայություններն ու այն հիմնական ուղղությունները, որոնցով համատեղ կատարվել են և պետք է շարունակվեն աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև խոսել է ռիսկերի և չիրականացված աշխատանքների մասին: Այդ տեղեկատվությանն ամբողջությամբ հնարավոր է ծանոթանալ այստեղ:
Նկատելով, որ 35 տարի առաջ ճիշտ այս օրերին սկսվեց ղարաբաղյան շարժումը, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նշել է, որ այսօր ևս արցախահայության պայքարը շարունակվում է: «Այն ժամանակ ժողովուրդը դուրս եկավ հրապարակ և ասաց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը պետք է լինի ազատ և հայկական։ Քչերն էին հավատում, որ հնարավորություն կա այդ իրավիճակը փոխելու։ Բայց դուք դա արեցիք, և շատ խորհրդանշական է, որ մենք այս մասին խոսում ենք դարձյալ փետրվարին և կանգնած ենք որոշում կայացնելու առջև,-ասել է նա: – Վերջին ամիսներին ես շատ եմ լսել՝ ի՞նչ է նշանակում պայքար։ Ես ասում եմ՝ պայքարելն առաջին հերթին դա կամքն է, որն առաջ է տանում, երկրորդը՝ անում ես քայլեր, որոնք կարևոր են։ Պայքարել չի նշանակում միայն պատրաստվել պատերազմի, պայքարել նշանակում է կատարել շատ մեծ, լուրջ, ամենօրյա աշխատանք բոլոր ուղղություններով»:
Պետնախարարը նկատել է, որ չնայած ճգնաժամի ու շրջափակման դժվարություններին` այն նաև ցույց է տվել, որ Արցախում մարդիկ պատրաստ են պայքարի և անտարբեր չեն. «Ճգնաժամը ցույց տվեց, որ մենք շատ ուժեղ ժողովուրդ ունենք: Երբ կա հավատ, մարդիկ պատրաստ են դիմանալ ամեն ինչի: Արցախցու դիրքորոշումն օգնեց ոչ միայն արցախցուն, այլ ամբողջ Հայկական աշխարհին։ Այդ առումով մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ այս միասնությունը, որը դրսևորվեց այս օրերին, մեր հաջողությունն է, և մենք պետք է կարողանանք դա պահպանել»։
