«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Օրերս ՀՀ ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, իր հարցազրույցում հիմնականում խոսելով Արցախի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներից, «հանկարծ» անդրադարձել է վերջերս դեպի Հայաստան գազի մատակարարման ժամանակավոր դադարեցմանը: Հիշեցնենք, որ, ըստ ռուսական կողմի, դա տեխնիկական բնույթ էր կրում։ «Հուսով եմ, որ սա տեխնիկական հարց է: Եթե Հայաստանը բախվի գազի կամ այլ ուղղության խնդրի, ապա լուծումներ կփնտրենք և կմտածենք այլընտրանքի մասին»,- ասել է Գրիգորյանը։
Այստեղ, իհարկե, ուշագրավ է «հուսով եմ» բառը, որով, ըստ էության, կասկածի տակ է դրվում գազի մատակարարման ժամանակավոր խափանման տեխնիկական բնույթը: Մյուս կողմից՝ ԱԽ քարտուղարը փաստացի հասարակությանը նախապատրաստում է գազամատակարարման հետ կապված հնարավոր խնդիրների մասին՝ ակնարկելով «այլընտրանք փնտրելու» մասին: Այս ամենը, բնականաբար, պատահական չէ.
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ռուսական կողմը հստակ հասկացրել է Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, որ եթե վերջիններս աշխարհաքաղաքական կողմնորոշում են փոխում, ընկնում են Արևմուտքի գիրկը, անցնում են բոլոր կարմիր գծերը, Ռուսաստանն էլ կարող է կիրառել էներգետիկ գործիքակազմ, որը մասնավորաբար կարող է ենթադրել գազի նոր՝ միջազգային շուկայական գնի կիրառում, ինչպես արվում է ՌԴ-ի «ոչ բարեկամ երկրների» պարագայում: Հասկանալի է, որ գազի գնի նման վերանայումը ծանր մուլտիպլիկատիվ էֆեկտ է ունենալու Հայաստանի համար:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Գրիգորյանի նշած «այլընտրանքին», ապա, փորձագետների համոզմամբ, այն փաստացի չկա, քանի որ այդպիսին կարող է դիտարկվել Իրանը, սակայն նախ՝ Իրան-Հայաստան գազատարի թողունակությունը բավարար չէ, և հետո՝ Հայաստանի՝ վերոնշյալ աշխարհաքաղաքական ծիրի փոփոխությունը, մեղմ ասած, հազիվ թե ձեռնտու է նաև Իրանին, ուստի անհասկանալի է, թե ինչից ելնելով է առաջարկվելու Ռուսաստանի՝ ներկայում առաջարկվող գնին համարժեք կամ մոտ սակագին:
