BLOG«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում անդրադարձել է Արցախի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակին:
«Արդեն հայտնի է, որ Արցախում նոր պետնախարարի պաշտոնում մտադիր են նշանակել գլխավոր դատախազ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանին: Թե ինչ սկզբունքներով և մոտեցումներով կշարժվի նոր պետնախարար և ինչպես կստացվի նրա համատեղ աշխատանքը նախագահի հետ, շատ դժվար է ասել:
Նույն Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դեպքում Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, մինչ նրա նշանակումը, ամիսներ շարունակ Վարդանյանին տարբեր մարդկանց շրջանում ներկայացնում էր որպես Արցախի ապագա, մարդ, ով ունակ է իրավիճակ փոխելու և իր ահռելի հնարավորությունները ի շահ Արցախի ներդնելու:
Թե ինչ եղավ այդ խոսքերից 2 ամիս անց` բոլորը գիտեն: Հարությունյանի կողմնակիցների մի մասը սկսեցին խոսել այն մասին, որ Վարդանյանը խնդիր է պետական համակարգի համար, մյուսները «պարզեցին», որ Վարդանյանը ռուսների մարդը չէ, մի խումբ այնքան առաջ գնաց ստեղծագործական մոտեցումներում, որ Վարդանյանի նշանակումը կապեցին ՀՀ ընդդիմության ջանքերի հետ:
Ի դեպ, Արցախի ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամի միակ պատասխանատուն Ա. Հարությունյանն է, ով նշանակել ու կարճ ժամանակ անց հեռացրել է իր նշանակածին` անկախ պատճառներից ու ներսում խորը ճգնաժամ ստեղծել, իսկ հիմա «հերոսաբար» պայքարում է իր իսկ ստեղծած «կաշայի» դեմ: Այս և նախորդ ժամանակահատվածում Հարությունյանի անկանոն ու անկանխատեսելի քաղաքական վարքագիծը հաշվի առնելով՝ դժվար է ասել, թե ինչ կունենանք նոր պետնախարարի նշանակումից հետո:
Ներսիսյանի մասին վերջին շրջանում տարբեր բնույթի տեղեկություններ շրջանառվեցին` ՀՀ իշխանությունների, սոռոսականների ներկայացուցիչը լինելուց մինչև պաշտոնակռվի մասնակցի: Ես՝ ինքս ի պաշտոնե, իմ ծառայության տարիներին, իր հետ առնչվել եմ Արցախում, լավ տպավորություն եմ ունեցել, որովհետև իր գործում եղել է հստակ ու սկզբունքային, իսկ իր մասին տարածվող լուրերը հաստատող որևէ փաստի չեմ հանդիպել:
Չնայած ծանր ներքաղաքական, արտաքին քաղաքական, անվտանգային վիճակին`մեծ պատասխանատվություն է ստանձնել, և իմ ցանկությունն է, որպեսզի նա ու մյուս պաշտոնյաները հաջողեն, որովհետև դա բխում է Արցախի շահերից: Կարևորը աշխատանքի հիմքում դրվող հստակ դիրքորոշումներն ու սկզբունքներն են, որոնք պետք է բխեն արցախցիների` 3 տասնամյակ առաջ հռչակած մոտեցումներից», - ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Աբրահամյանը:
