ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ
«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
1753 թվականին Գերմանիայի Վարշտայն փոքրիկ քաղաքում Անտոնի Կրամերը վճարել է մեկ թալերի հարկ իր սեփական գարեջրի մի քանի տակառ վաճառելու համար։ Փաստորեն, այդ փոքրիկ ուշագրավ փաստով էլ սկսվել է Warsteiner գարեջրի գործարանի պատմությունը, որն այսօր հանդիսանում է գերմանական պրեմիում գարեջրի ամենահայտնի արտադրողներից մեկը: Այդ գործարանի պատմության մեջ քիչ ուշագրավ փաստեր կան, բացառությամբ երկուսի. այն զարգացել է առանց որևէ աղետի կամ խնդիրների, և այն դեռ պատկանում է Կրամեր ընտանիքին, որը գլոբալիզացիայի այս դարաշրջանում իսկապես ուշադրության արժանի փաստ է։ Անտոնի Կրամերը գարեջուր էր պատրաստում հիմնականում իր սեփական կարիքների համար։
Դա լավ էր ստացվում նրա մոտ, և նա երբեմն վաճառում էր գարեջրի ավելցուկը: Փոփոխությունը սկսվել է այն ժամանակ, երբ նրա որդի Յոհաննեսն է ներգրավվել աշխատանքին: Նա քաղաքի կենտրոնում գնել է մի փոքրիկ գործարան և ավելացրել արտադրությունը։ Նրա բիզնեսը արագ է ծաղկել։ Անգամ 1802 թվականի հրդեհը, որն ավերել էր գրեթե ողջ քաղաքը, շահավետ էր։ Բառացիորեն մի քանի ամիս անց ընտանիքը վերականգնել էր արտադրությունը և նույնիսկ տունը վերածել հյուրանոցի։
Ի դեպ, հենց հյուրանոցի շնորհիվ էլ Կրամերի գարեջուրը հայտնի է դարձել շրջակա քաղաքներում՝ դեռևս այնտեղ առաքումը չսկսած։ Հյուրերն արել են իրենց գործը՝ լուրեր տարածելով այդ հիանալի գարեջրի մասին։ 1803 թվականին Յոհաննեսի եղբայրը՝ Կասպարը, ընդլայնել է ընտանեկան բիզնեսը՝ քաղաքի կենտրոնում փաբ բացելով։ Կրամերների բիզնեսը հաջողությամբ զարգացել է, և նրանց գարեջուրը սկսել է կայուն ժողովրդականություն վայելել հասարակ մարդկանց շրջանում։
19-րդ դարի վերջից Warsteiner գարեջուրը սկսել է արագորեն տարածվել ողջ Գերմանիայում։ Դրան նպաստել է երկաթուղային ցանցի և սառնարանային վագոնների զարգացումը։ Նախկինում գարեջուրը առաքվում էր ձիաքարշ սայլերով, և անհնար էր այն ավելի հեռու հասցնել, քան հարևան քաղաքն է: Բացի այդ, ընկերության ղեկին կանգնած էր հիմնադրի թոռը՝ Ալբերտ Կրամերը, որն այդ ընտանիքի առաջին հավաստագրված գարեջրագործն էր։ 1927 թվականից ընկերությունն իր ջանքերը կենտրոնացրել է Պիլզներ և Դունկեր գարեջրի տեսակների արտադրության վրա։
Վարշտայնը հայտնի է այդ գարեջրի տեսակներով մինչ օրս։ Այսօր ընկերության ամենահայտնի ապրանքանիշը Warsteiner Premium Dunkel-ն է՝ «սև լագը»՝ բոված ածիկի համով և իրիս-կարամելային բույրով: Ընկերության հիանալի գարեջրի գաղտնիքներից են Վարշտայն բնակավայրի աղբյուրները, որոնք գարեջրի գործարանին տալիս են շատ փափուկ և մաքուր ջուր։ Այսօր ընկերության ղեկին կանգնած է ընտանիքի իններորդ սերնդի ներկայացուցիչ Կատարինա Կրամերը, իսկ ընկերությունը չի էլ մտածում գարեջրի կոնցեռնների ողորմությանը հանձնվելու մասին և շարունակում է հաջողությամբ յուրացնել միջազգային շուկան։
