«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Կարծես Մաքսիմ Գորկին է ասել. «Հրաշալի պաշտոն է մարդ լինելը»: Կարելի է զարգացնել կամ լրացնել այդ միտքն ու հավելել. մա՛րդ մնալ, ահա՛ ամենակարևոր, ամենաբարձր պաշտոնը: Մա՛րդ մնալ կյանքի բոլոր հանգամանքներում: Եկեք միասին դիտարկենք հետևյալը: Օրերս՝ փետրվարի 28-ի կեսգիշերին մոտ, Հունաստանում խոշոր ու ահավոր վթար է տեղի ունեցել. միմյանց են բախվել մարդատար և բեռնատար գնացքները, ինչի հետևանքով ավելի քան 40 մարդ զոհվել է, կան տասնյակ վիրավորներ: Ի՞նչ է եղել հետո: Իսկ հետո եղել է այն, որ Հունաստանի կառավարությունը երկրում եռօրյա սուգ է հայտարարել:
Տեղեկանալով կատարվածի մասին՝ Հունաստանի նախագահն ընդհատել է Մոլդովա կատարած այցն ու շտապել է աղետի վայր: Մայրաքաղաքում բողոքի հախուռն ցույցեր են եղել նաև: Բնականաբար, վթարի պատճառների հետաքննություն է սկսվել: Բայց, չսպասելով այդ քննության ավարտին, Հունաստանի ենթակառուցվածքների և տրանսպորտի նախարար Կոստաս Կարամանլիսը հայտարարել է, որ ստանձնում է տեղի ունեցածի քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունը, և հրաժարական է տվել զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից: Ի՞նչն է հատկանշական. Կոստաս Կարամանլիսը նաև հայտարարել է. «Նման ողբերգությունից հետո անհնար է շարունակել ապրել այնպես, կարծես դա չի եղել»:
Չէ, դուք հասկանո՞ւմ եք, որ մարդը, անկախ այն բանից, թե կոնկրետ ինքն ինչ չափով է մեղավոր կոնկրետ ողբերգության համար, իր վրա է վերցնում պատասխանատվությունը և ընդգծում, որ նման եղելությունից հետո անհնար է ապրել՝ ձևացնելով, թե բան չի եղել: Հունաստանի տրանսպորտի նախարարն իրականում ինչ-որ մի արտառոց բան չի արել կամ ասել, նա իրեն մարդավարի ու մարդավայել է պահել: Ընդամենը: Բայց նրա այդ պահվածքի խորապատկերում է՛լ ավելի է աչք ծակում Հայաստանի ներկա իշխանությունների անպատկառությունն ու թքածունեցածությունը: Զինվորական կացարանի տակ հարմարեցված կառույցում ողջ-ողջ 15 զինվոր այրվեց:
Ո՞վ հրաժարական տվեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունից: Ի՞նքը, իր պաշտպանության նախարա՞րը: Ո՛չ: Անգամ սուգ չհայտարարեցին... Հրահրիչ ու անպատասխանատու կոչերով և վարած քաղաքականությամբ երկիրը տարան պատերազմի, որտեղ հազարավոր զինվորականներ զոհվեցին, ի լրումն՝ հազարավոր ընտանիքներ հայրենազրկվեցին, ահռելի տարածքային կորուստներ ունեցանք: Ո՞վ է հրաժարական տվել, ո՞վ է պատասխանատվություն վերցրել: Հակառա՛կը, թե՛ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, թե՛ իր մերձավորները, թե՛ ՔՊ-ն՝ ամբողջ կազմով, իրարահաջորդ ողբերգություններից հետո շարունակում են ապրել այնպես, կարծես ոչինչ չի եղել, ավելի ճիշտ՝ ի՜նչ է եղել, որ...
Իրենք ո՛չ հրաժարական են տվել, ո՛չ էլ տալու են, որովհետև, պետք է ենթադրել, որ է՛ն գլխից հրաժարական են տվել ամենաբարձր ու ամենակարևոր պաշտոնից, այն է՝ մա՛րդ լինելը, մարդ մնալը: Մինչդեռ իրենք գերադասում են... իշխանություն մնալ, թեկուզ Հայաստան «գնացքն» անդունդը գցեն, միայն թե՝ իշխանություն մնան...
