Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած կառավարության նիստերը շաբաթը մեկ անգամ ինչ-որ հայտարարություն անելու պատրվակի են վերածվել: Բուն նիստը րոպեներ է տևում, իսկ «օրակարգային հարցերն» էլ կա՛մ չզեկուցվող են, կա՛մ, այսպես ասած՝ «գաղտնի»: «Թափանցիկության» անգերազանցելի նվաճում: Հիմնականը դառնում է այն, թե «օրակարգային հարցերից» դուրս ինչ թեմայով կբարեհաճի խուճուճ, պաճուճավոր հայտարարություն անել ինքը՝ Նիկոլը: Վերցնենք թեկուզ վերջին նիստը: Նա երկար-բարակ խոսեց Ադրբեջանի կողմից մարտի 5-ին Արցախում իրականացված դիվերսիոնահաբեկչական գործողության, դրա հետևանքների, արցախցի 3 ոստիկանի զոհվելու, Ալիևի կողմից Հաագայի դատարանի որոշումը չկատարելու, Բերձորի (թշնամական տարբերակով՝ Լաչինի) միջանցքը փակ պահելու մասին:

Թվում է, թե կոշտ արտահայտություններ արեց Ալիևի ու Ադրբեջանի հասցեին: Բա՛յց: Այդ արտահայտությունների միջակայք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ճխտեց առնվազն 2 շեշտադրում, թե՝ ա) «անհրաժեշտ է միջազգային հուսալի մեխանիզմներ ստեղծել, որ Բաքու-Ստեփանակերտ անխափան և ինստիտուցիոնալ խոսակցություն տեղի ունենա», ինչը նա համարում է, որ «միջազգային պայմանավորվածության իրացման արդյունավետ երաշխիք կարող է դառնալ» և բ) Հայաստանը հավատարիմ է «խաղաղության օրակարգին»: Լսե՛ք, ձեր «խաղաղության օրակարգից» անդադար արյուն է հոսում, ձեր «խաղաղության օրակարգը» դեպի անէության ու կործանման տանող մեռյալ ուղի է: Ինչ վերաբերում է «Բաքու-Ստեփանակերտ խոսակցությանը»:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, այդ մասին շեշտելով, իր վրայից հերթական անգամ մի կողմ է նետում Արցախի հարցով բանակցելու պարտավորությունը, առհասարակ՝ Արցախի համար պատասխանատվությունը, այն թողնում է արնաքամ եղած, արդեն երեք ամիս թշնամական բլոկադայի մեջ գտնվող Արցախի վրա: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ Արցախից մնացած բեկորը հրում է դեպի Բաքու, որ հետո ասի՝ հո ես չէի բանակցողը, ի՞նչ եք ուզում ինձանից: Ավելին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրաշալի տեղյակ է, որ «Բաքու-Ստեփանակերտ խոսակցության» մեջ Ալիևի հիմնական օրակարգը, այսպես կոչված, «ինտեգրվելն» է: Պարզ «օրակարգ» է. կա՛մ Արցախը ինտեգրվում է Ադրբեջանին, կա՛մ էլ կռիվ-պատերազմով վրա են տալիս ու, «քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի» լուռ համաձայնությամբ, Արցախի հայությանը կոտորում, հայրենազրկում:

Հիմա այդ «խոսակցության» ի՞նչն է ուզում ինստիտուցիոնալ ու անխափան դարձնել Փաշինյանը, Արցախի ու հայության ոչնչացո՞ւմը: Իսկ հնարավո՞ր է, որ նման՝ ուղիղ գծով Ալիևի շահերից բխող հայտարարություններ անելը այն պարտավորություններից է, որոնց մասին Բաքվում բավականին թափանցիկ նշեց ԵՄ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարը... Բայց վերջինիս հայտարարություններն արդեն այլ թեմա են: Դեռ հարկ կլինի անդրադառնալ...
