«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
rosbalt.ru-ն «Արցախի համար ամեն ինչ շատ վատ է ընթանում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Արցախի անվտանգության խորհուրդը հերքել է Բաքվի հետ Ադրբեջանին ինտեգրվելու պայմանների շուրջ բանակցություններ վարելու մասին խոսակցությունները։ Ստեփանակերտում ընդգծել են, որ բանակցությունները նվիրված են եղել բացառապես հումանիտար և տնտեսական հարցերին՝ շրջափակման վերացմանը, գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի անխափան մատակարարման վերականգնմանը։ Հանդիպումը կայացել է ռուս խաղաղապահների միջնորդությամբ, առանց որոնց հայերը չեն ցանկանում բանակցել։
Մինչդեռ Արցախի համար ամեն ինչ շատ վատ է ընթանում: Ադրբեջանն արդեն որոշում է, թե ով է ղեկավարելու ինքնահռչակ հանրապետությունը, ինչ ձեռնարկություններ կարող են այնտեղ գործել, ամսական ինչքան ապրանք կարող է ստանալ... Այդ ամենը պարզ էր դեռ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի՝ Ստեփանակերտ գալուց առաջ, բայց երբ նա փորձեց շրջել իրավիճակը, Բաքուն անմիջապես բացահայտեց իր հաղթաթղթերը: Կարելի է շարունակել անտեսել ներկա իրավիճակը և ճգնաժամի յուրաքանչյուր նոր փուլի հետ հիշել, թե ինչպես ամեն ինչ ժամանակին լավ էր կամ վատ, բայց կառավարելի էր: Նման ռազմավարությունը միայն կբերի ադրբեջանական «ստեղծագործական տեսադաշտի» ընդլայնմանը։ Հայկական կողմը միջազգային ճնշումների միջոցով փորձում է հզորացնել Արցախը, սակայն դա նրան չի հաջողվում։
Բաքուն ռուսական էներգառեսուրսներն է տեղափոխում ԵՄ, և բոլորը գոհ են դրանից։ Բացի այդ, ոչ ոք չի ցանկանում Թուրքիայի հետ վիճել ինքնահռչակ հանրապետության համար։ Արցախահայությանը օգնելու համար Հայաստանն ինքը պետք է հզորանա: Բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ դա հնարավոր է անել միայն հարևանների հետ հաշտվելու միջոցով, որոնք աշխարհը դիտարկում են բացառապես 2020 թվականի պատերազմի արդյունքների և իրենց տարածաշրջանային հեգեմոնիայի համատեքստում:
