«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Ազգային ժողովի քննիչ հանձնաժողովում օրերս ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի «հայտնությունը» ոչ անհայտ և վաղեմի նիկոլական Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի դեմքին փայլ և բավարարվածության արտահայտություն էր բերել: Ու դա աննկատ չմնաց, չվրիպեց մամուլի ուշադրությունից: Հայտնի դարձավ նաև, որ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը գրեթե փաշինյանական ռեժիմով է հանդես եկել, այսինքն՝ 4-5 ժամ շարունակ ինչոր բաներ է պատմել ԱԺ հիշյալ հանձնաժողովին, որի գոյության միակ խնդիրն ու նպատակը 2020-ի պատերազմի հետ կապված հիմնավոր մեղադրանքները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից ու իրենց իշխանությունից վանելն է:
Այս դեպքում բազմապատիկ հետաքրքիր է այդ հանձնաժողովին ներկայացրած և այն ձևավորած փաշինյանական իշխանության ակնկալիքները բավարարած ԳՇ նախկին պետի պարագան: Նախ՝ խոսքը նույն այն Օնիկ Գասպարյանի մասին է, որն, ըստ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ավելի վաղ արած հայտարարություններից մեկի, պետք է քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեր պատերազմի ընթացքում գրանցված ձախողումների, մասնավորապես՝ Շուշին թշնամուն հանձնելու համար: Չի՛ ենթարկվել: Խոսքը նույն այն Օնիկ Գասպարյանի մասին է, որը, որպես ԳՇ պետ, ավելի քան չորս տասնյակ այլ գեներալների և բանակային ստորաբաժանումների հրամանատարների հետ դեռևս 2021-ի փետրվարին պահանջեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը:
Դա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու, ի դեպ, Ռեջեփ Էրդողանը բնորոշեցին որպես «ռազմական հեղաշրջում»: Օնիկ Գասպարյանը պաշտոնանկ արվեց՝ վերը նշված քրեական պատասխանատվության մասին թափանցիկ ակնարկներով, իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը պահանջող գեներալներն իրենց ոչնչացնելու ավելի զիլ տարբերակ չգտան, քան... նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դիմաց զգաստ կանգնելն ու «չեստ տալը»: Հիմա էլ, փաստորեն, Օնիկ Գասպարյանն է որոշել նմանապես «չեստ տալ» Փաշինյանին: Այնպես որ, Օնիկ Գասպարյանի՝ օրերս 4-5 ժամ խոսելն, ինչ խոսք, իր գինն ունի: Ասում են՝ այդ գինը իր ընտրությունն է՝ քաղաքացիակա՞ն, թե՞ զինվորական նշանակում:
Ուստի ամենևին չենք զարմանա, եթե կարճ ժամանակ անց պարզվի, որ նա հարմար պաշտոն է ստացել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ձեռքից: Ընդ որում, մեր տեղեկություններով, թե՛ քաղաքացիականի, թե՛ զինվորականի դեպքում՝ բավական «սոլիդ» պաշտոն: Օնիկ Գասպարյանը ռազմական հեղաշրջում չարեց, քաղաքականության մեջ էլ չմտավ, բայց կարծես մի քաղաքական վատ կանոն լավ է յուրացրել՝ ամեն ինչ իր գինն ունի: Իսկ դա «յուրացնողների» փորձը, դառը փորձը, ոնց որ, մյուսների համար դաս չի լինում...
