«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության իմացած բոլոր «երգերը» այլոց մեղավորության մասին են: Ինչ էլ լինի, իրենք իրենց մեղավոր չեն ճանաչում: Եթե թեկուզ կեսի կեսն այն ջանքերի, որ փաշինյանական իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները վատնում են «մեղավորներ» փնտրելու և «գտնելու» վրա, ուղղեին թեկուզ ի պաշտոնե իրենց անելիքներին, ապա Հայաստանում իրավիճակը հիմա ոչ թե բացարձակ կործանումային կլիներ, այլ, այսպես ասենք՝ նախակործանումային կամ կիսամղձավանջային: Նախօրեին, հասկանալի է, թե ինչ քարոզչական հնարք կիրառելով՝ շրջանառության մեջ նետվեց 44-օրյա պատերազմում իբր «11 հազար դասալիքների» ֆեյք թեման:

Հաշվարկն արդարացված էր այնքանով, որ խայծը գրավեց շատերին: Սակայն դա չէ էականը, ու, բնականաբար, կշրջանցենք այդ խայծը: Առավել հատկանշական է այլ բան: Տարիներ շարունակ, անկախ այն բանից, թե ինչպիսի «չէ-պէ» է եղել, ինչ պատահար, ինչ աղետ, քանի մարդ է զոհվել կամ մահացել, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրան պատճենող յուրայինները առաջին բանը, որ արել են, զանազան «մեղավորների» փնտրտուքն է եղել: Կարճ ասած, ինչ էլ լինի՝ «ով ասես՝ մեղավոր է», միայն թե՝ ո՛չ իրենք, ո՛չ Փաշինյանն ու իր իշխանությունը: Տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ մի ոչ այնքան գեղեցիկ օր էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կհայտարարի, որ մեղավոր են 680 հազարը, ովքեր 21-ին իրեն վերընտրել են: Կամ էլ կասի՝ 3 միլիոնդ եք մեղավոր:

Չէ՛, լուրջ, կարծես ամեն ինչ գնում է նրան, որ Փաշինյանը մի օր օրինակի համար այսպիսի ուղերձով հանդես գա. «Ի՞նչ եք ուզում ինձանից. երկիրը պատերազմի տարել եմ, բանակի ողնաշարը ջարդել եմ, հազարավոր զոհեր եմ տվել, կապիտուլ յատիվ հայտարարություն ստորագրել եմ, Արցախի ու Հայաստանի ահռելի տարածքներ թշնամուն տվել եմ, այդ թվում՝ առանց մի կրակոցի, «ադրբեջանական ժողովրդին» բերել ու Հայաստանի տարբեր հատվածներում գերիշխող դիրքերում նստեցրել եմ, բայց դուք էլի ինձ ընտրել եք, էլի դրել եք պետության ղեկին: Ամեն օր ու ոնց ասես՝ ձեզ խաբել եմ, կեղծ ու սուտ խոստումներ տվել եմ, ստերի հերն առհասարակ անիծել եմ...

Բայց մեկ է, դուք էլի ինձ ընտրել եք, էլի հանդուրժել եք, էլի թողել եք իշխանության ղեկին: Է՜հ, ես, ասենք, հա՛, պատասխանատու եմ, կամ՝ անպատասխանատու եմ, բայց ե՞ս եմ մեղավոր:Չընտրեիք, չհանդուրժեիք: Այդ դո՛ւք եք մեղավոր այն ամենի համար, ինչ որ արել եմ...»: Անհայտ է՝ կասի՞ Փաշինյանը նման բան: Բայց եթե ասի, երևի այն եզակի, բացառիկ դեպքերից կլինի, որ ինքն իրավացի կլինի:
