Ուկրաինայի նախագահին կհանձնվի Կարլոս Մեծի անվան միջազգային մրցանակը

ԳԴՀ կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցը մտադիր է գովաբանական խոսքով հանդես գալ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկիի հասցեին՝  մայիսի 14-ին նրան Կարլոս Մեծի միջազգային մրցանակ հանձնելու արարողությանը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրել է գերմանական  Bild am Sonntag թերթը՝ կառավարական շրջանակներին հղումով։

Պարբերականի տվյալներով, ուկրաինական առաջնորդն անձամբ կարող է ժամանել Ախեն։ Այդ դեպքում դա կլինի  Ուկրաինայում Ռուսաստանի պատերազմ սկսելուց ի վեր նրա առաջին այցը ԳԴՀ։ Սակայն այցին կարող է խանգարել Ուկրաինայի ԶՈՒ-ի գարնանային հարձակումը։ Այդ դեպքում Զելենսկին արարողության մասնակիցների առաջ հանդես կգա տեսակապով, հաղորդում է DW-ն։

Ի սկզբանե հանձնումը պետք է տեղի ունենար մայիսի 18-ին։ Սակայն քանի որ մայիսի 19-21-ը ճապոնական Հիրոսիմայում նախատեսված է «Մեծ յոթնյակի» գագաթնաժողովը, որին մասնակցելու է Շոլցը, պարգևատրման արարողությունը տեղափոխվել է ավելի վաղ։ 

Ախենի պաշտոնական կայքում նշվում է, որ արարողության հյուրերի թվում է, մասնավորապես, Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լյայենը։ Տեղական իշխանությունների տվյալներով, հենց նա կարող է հանդես գալ Զելենսկիի պատվին ելույթով։

Պատերազմի սկզբից ի վեր Ուկրաինայի նախագահը եղել է ԱՄՆ-ում, Ֆրանսիայում և Լեհաստանում։ Գերմանիան ԱՄՆ-ից հետո երկրորդ երկիրն է Կիևին զենքի մատակարարման ծավալներով։ Մինչդեռ Բեռլինի և Կիևի կառավարությունների հարաբերությունները «առնվազն բարդ են», գրում է Bild am Sonntag-ը։ Ախենում Շոլցի ու Զելենսկիի հանդիպումը կարող էր օգնել նրանց նոր գլուխ բացելու, ավելացնում է պարբերականը։

Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Զելենսկին և ուկրաինական ժողովուրդը դարձել են 2023 թ․ Կարլոս Մեծի անվան միջազգային մրցանակի դափնեկիր։ Իր որոշման մասին մրցանակաբաշխության կոմիտեն հայտարարել է 2022 թ․ դեկտեմբերի 16-ին։ Մրցանակը հանձնվում է 1950  թվականից գերմանական Ախենում՝  Եվրոպայի միավորման գործում նշանակալի ավանդի համար։

Կարլոս Մեծի անվան մրցանակի առաջին դափնեկիրներից են եղել Ուինսթոն Չերչիլը և Կոնրադ Ադենաուերը։ Տարբեր տարիներին դրան արժանացել են հայտնի քաղաքական և հասարակական գործիչներ՝ Վացլավ Հավելը, Անգելա Մերկելը, Էմանուել Մակրոնը, Հռոմի պապ Ֆրանցիսկոսը և այլոք։

2022 թվականի մրցանակը ստացել են Սվետլանա Տիխանովսկայան, Մարիա Կոլեսնիկովան և Վերոնիկա Ցեպկալոն։
