Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի դիրքերը իշխանության ներսում, մեղմ ասած, այնքան էլ ամուր չեն: Ավելին, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին տված խոստումները կատարելու, քաղաքական մոտիվներով նախաձեռնված վարույթներն իրենց «տրամաբանական հանգրվանին» հասցնելու, իշխանական համակարգում «ուժեղ տղայի» տպավորությունը պահպանելու համար նա ավելի ու ավելի հաճախ է օգնության խնդրանքով դիմում իրավապահ համակարգի այլ օղակներին, որոնք, սակայն, արդեն «դավադիտ» են եղել այս ամենից: Զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատների՝ վերջերս անցկացված բողոքի ակցիան հերթական ուժեղ հարվածն էր Քյարամյանի թե՛ ներիշխանական դիրքերին, թե՛ հանրային ընկալմանը:

Իշխանական մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, ՔԿ նախագահի՝ ոստիկաններով շրջապատված փախուստի կադրերը իշխանության ներսում բուռն քննարկման առարկա են դարձել: Նույն աղբյուրը նաև տեղեկացնում է, որ սեփական դիրքերը ամրապնդելու և Փաշինյանին տված խոստումները կատարելու համար միակ «գործիքակազմը» իրավապահ համակարգի տարբեր օղակների օգնությունը չէ. Քյարամյանը որպես «գաղտնի զենք» է օգտագործում իր տարբեր ծանոթներին, բարեկամներին, հարազատներին՝ որպես բանագնացներ տարբեր գործերով հանդիպումներ ունենալու և իր գործը «հեշտացնելու» համար:

Ի մասնավորի, ըստ տեղեկությունների, նա համապատասխան միջնորդներ է փնտրում, որ հանդիպեն նաև զոհվածների հարազատներին՝ մեղմելու նրանց արդարացի զայրույթը: Ի դեպ, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Քյարամյանից հոգնել ու «ձեռք են քաշել» անգամ նրանք, որոնց շնորհիվ նա ի սկզբանե հայտնվել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տեսադաշտում:
