Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը միջազգային հանրությանը ներկայացրել է իրավիճակն Արցախում

«Լաչինի միջանցքի բացման մասին տեղեկությունը չի հաստատվում, դա այդպես չէ»։ Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, Արցախի Հանրապետության նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն է այս մասին հայտնել RTVI միջազգային հեռուստաընկերությանը՝ ներկայացնելով Արցախի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը:
Ներկայումս Արցախում գտնվող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը կրկին առիթը օգտագործել է միջազգային մամուլով ներկայացնելու ստեղծված իրավիճակը՝ կանխելու Ադրբեջանի կողմից տարածվող ստերը։ Նա փաստել է, որ շրջափակումը շարունակվում է տարբեր ձևաչափերով, անընդհատ տարբեր սահմանափակումներ են մտցվում՝ մարդկանց ազատ տեղաշարժը Արցախից Հայաստան և հակառակ ուղղությամբ թույլ չտալու նպատակով։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ Արցախում մարդիկ մեծ անհանգստություն ունեն սեփական ապագայի վերաբերյալ, քանի որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը կոշտ հայտարարել է՝ կամ դուք ենթարկվում եք մեր օրենքներին, կամ լքում եք ձեր հայրենիքը, որտեղ ապրել եք հազարավոր տարիներ։
Ալիևի նման ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությունը ըստ Արցախի նախկին պետնախարարի՝ մարդկանց մոտ անհանգստություն է առաջացնում, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ շատերի արձագանքը ճիշտ հակառակն է, հայտարարում են, որ չնայած հնչող սպառնալիքներին, ոչ մի դեպքում չեն լքի սեփական հողը։
«Գիտեք, խնդիրները շատ են թե՛ Արցախի ներսում, թե՛ դրսում։ Կարևորն այն է, որ բոլորս միակարծիք ենք և անընդունելի ենք համարում արցախահայության տեղաշարժի որևէ սահմանափակում։ Այսօր Արցախում մարդիկ, տարբեր խմբեր տարբեր գործողությունների իրականցման հնարավորություններ են քննարկում՝ սկսած խաղաղ ակցիաներից և վերջացրած ճանապարհի արգելափակմամբ ու չօգտագործմամբ»,- նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ու հավելել, թե հիմնական ուղերձը միջազգային հանրությանն ու ռուս խաղաղապահներին այն է, որ սեփական երկրում ապրող մարդիկ չեն ենթարկվի հարևան երկրի սահմանած կանոններին։ Սա պետք է գիտակցել և հասկանալ։
Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նաև անդրադարձել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը` Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչման հնարավորության մասին, ընդգծել, որ՝ 1991 թ. Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանի կազմում չէր, արդեն հանրաքվե էր անցկացրել և դուրս եկել Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ-ի կազմից։ «Հետևաբար, մենք կարող ենք անվերջ վիճել տարբեր իրավագիտական ձևակերպումների շուրջ, բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ մարդիկ, որոնք 1988 թվականին սկսեցին Հայաստանին միանալու և ԼՂԻՄ-ի՝ Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ-ից դուրս գալու շարժումը, այսօր շարունակում են իրենց պայքարը և համարում են, որ ոչինչ չի փոխվել»,- նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։
