Ի տարբերություն իշխանությունների, ժողովուրդն Արցախը չի ուրանում․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Այս օրերին ԱՄՆ-ում Արարատ Միրզոյանի ու ադրբեջանական նրա գործընկերոջ միջև «բանակցությունների» մասնակիցների շարքում թերևս միայն ամերիկյան գործիչները գիտեն, որ Հայաստանի ժողովուրդը ոչ միայն չի ուրանում Արցախը, այլև ճնշող մեծամասնությամբ բացասական է գնահատում ԼՂ հարցում կառավարության քաղաքականությունը: Երևի նաև այդ պատճառով էլ, ի դեպ, ԱՄՆ-ը ձգտում է արագացնել «հայ-ադրբեջանական համաձայնությունն» ընդդեմ... հայության: Դրա ամենից առարկայական վկայությունը Ամերիկյան միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի (ՄՀԻ/ IRI) կողմից իրականացված սոցիոլոգիական հետազոտության հրապարակված տվյալներն են:
Ըստ այնմ, Հայաստանի բնակչության 69 տոկոսը բացասական գնահատական է տալիս ԼՂ հարցում կառավարության քաղաքականությանը։ Ի լրումն՝ հարցվածների 52 %-ը կարծում է, որ երկիրն ընթանում է սխալ ուղղությամբ: Հասկանալի է, որ սա սոցիալական հարցում է, և կարող է լինել որոշ թվային շեղում (պլ յուս-մինուս՝ 2-2,5 տոկոս), բայց սա բնութագրական տվյալ է: Ավելին, արժե հստակեցնել, որ հարցումն իրականացվել է հունվար-մարտ միջակայքում: Իսկ դրանից հետո կատարվել են կարևոր զարգացումներ ու բացահայտումներ, մասնավորապես, ԱԺ-ում ապրիլի 18-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի արած հայտարարությունը, որով նա գործնականում Արցախը ճանաչեց որպես ադրբեջանական տարածք, կամ, ինչպես նշում են տարբեր մեկնաբաններ, հրապարակավ ուրացավ Արցախը:
Այդ հանգամանքը նկատի ունենալով՝ կարելի է չկասկածել, որ ժողովրդի վերաբերմունքն էլ ավելի սուր և բևեռային է դարձել: Մյուս հատկանշական հանգամանքն այն է, որ Արցախի նկատմամբ հայրենակիցների մեծամասնության ընկալելի վերաբերմունքը, ուշադրությունը պահպանվել են, չնայած այն բանին, որ նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա սատելիտները տասնամյակներ շարունակ հակաարցախյան քարոզչություն են իրականացրել:
Ավելին, նշված 69 տոկոսի բացասական գնահատականը գալիս է վկայելու և այն, որ վերջին 5 տարվա ընթացքում արդեն իշխանության մակարդակով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա քպականների վարած քաղաքականությունը, Արցախի ու Արցախի հայության հանդեպ հետևողականորեն ատելության սերմանումն ու ամենօրյա քարոզչությունը չեն կարողացել Արցախի հարցում ժողովրդի ճնշող մեծամասնությանը շեղել ու խեղել: Մնում է, որ նման հետազոտություններից գործնական հետևություններ անեն առաջին հերթին այն ուժերը, որոնք իսկապես համոզված են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարումը տանում է Հայաստանի ամբողջական ու վերջնական կործանման:
