Հեղուկ գազի հայաստանյան շուկայում ճգնաժամ է

«Որտե՞ղ կա հեղուկ գազ»,- այս հարցը հաճախ են վարորդները միմյանց տալիս: Ոմանց հաջողվում է գտնել, ոմանք էլ սկսել են այլ ելքեր փնտրել:
«Այս քանի օր է՝ ընդհանրապես գազ չեմ լցնում, բենզին եմ քշում, և գնային տարբերությունը չնչին է»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց վարորդներից մեկը:
Նավթամթերքի վաճառքով զբաղվող ընկերություններից 168.am-ին հայտնեցին, որ հեղուկ գազի շուկայում հիմա ճգնաժամ է, անգամ տեղեր կան, որ կտրոններով են սպասարկում: Իսկ թե ինչքա՞ն կշարունակվի, դժվարացան ասել:
«Ավելին, Լարսում «տամոժնյա»-ում այնքան շատ են անիմաստ գումար պահանջում, որ ապրանքը ստիպված թանկանում է»,- նշեցին մեր զրուցակիցները:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2022թ. մայիսին հեղուկ գազի գինը եղել է 190-200 դրամ: Իսկ 2023թ. ապրիլի 15-ին եթե 120-130 դրամ էր, ապա վերջերս գինը բարձրացել է՝ դառնալով 180-220 դրամ:
Սեղմված գազի արժեքը նախորդ տարի տատանվել է 310-350 դրամի սահմաններում: Այս գինը գրեթե պահպանվել է:
Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովն էլ նախնական ուսումնասիրություն է իրականացրել հեղուկ գազի շուկայում, մասնավորապես դիտարկվել են վերջին շրջանում արձանագրված գնային փոփոխությունները:
Հանձնաժողովից տեղեկացրեցին, որ ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ շուկան խիստ մրցակցային է. հեղուկ գազի ներմուծում են իրականացնում 86 տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտներ, որոնցից առավել խոշոր տնտեսավարողի՝ շուկայում ունեցած մասնաբաժինը կազմում է շուրջ 10 տոկոս, հետևաբար՝ շուկայում առկա չեն գերիշխող դիրք ունեցող տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտներ, իսկ հակամրցակցային համաձայնությունները բնորոշ չեն մրցակցային շուկաներին:

«1000-ից ավելի մեքենա ճանապարհին է: Վրացական կողմը բաց է թողնում, մնում են ռուսական կողմում: Կարծում եմ, ներկրման խնդիր է, որովհետև գինը միշտ էլ բարձրացել և իջել է: Կապ ունեն նաև միջազգային գները, որոնք ևս տատանվում են»,- ավելի վաղ 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել էր Կարեն Չիլինգարյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ նախկինում հեղուկ գազ ներմուծող բեռնատարները, պայմանավորված վտանգավորության աստիճանով, սահմանն անցել են առանց հերթի։
