Աշխարհի համակարգիչների 55%-ն օգտագործում է Windows 7, բայց, ըստ Microsofti նորությունների, այն վտանգ է ներկայացնում:
Նրանց անհանգստացնում է դրա հետագա ծրագրային ու ապարատային համատեղելիությունը, անվտանգությունը և ավելին:
«Մեզ անհանգստացնում է, երբ մարդիկ օգտագործում են 10 տարեկան համակարգեր և հաջորդ տպագրիչը, որ կգնեն, լավ չի աշխատի կամ երբ նոր խաղ են գնում, օրինակ՝ գնում են Fallout 4 հայտնի խաղը և այն լավ չի աշխատում հին համակարգիչներով»,- նշել է Կապոսելան՝ Microsoft-ի մարկետինգի տնօրենը:
«Արդյունքում, քանի որ մենք նոր ծրագրեր ենք ուզում ստեղծել Windows 10-ի համար, հին ծրագրերը դառնում են վատը՝ դրան գումարած վիրուսներն ու անվտանգության խնդիրները: Չափազանց կարևոր է փորձել վերջ տալ Windows-ի՝ համակարգի հետ չհամաձայնեցված տեղադրմանը»,- ավելացրել է նա:
Այս ամենը, սակայն, ապատեղեկատվություն է: Նրանք միայն ցանկանում են մարդկանց ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացնել իրենց նոր՝ Windows 10-ի վրա: Մինչդեռ վերջինս չափից դուրս շատ է վերահսկողության տակ լինելու: Microsoft-ը տեխնիկապես ընտրության հնարավորություն է տալիս օգտագործողներին, բայց բազմաթիվ այլ միջոցներով փորձում է ստիպել ընտրել Windows 10: Թվում է՝ այլ տարբերակ չկա: Բայց Windows 7 և Windows 8 օգտագործողները չպետք է անհանգստանան: Նրանց ծրագրերը ոչնչով չեն զիջում 10-ին:
