Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն Արցախում է, առաքելությունը նույնն է՝ անել առավելագույնը, որպեսզի Արցախն այս վիճակից դուրս գա․ Մեսրոպ Առաքելյան

«Պաշտոնը թողնելուց հետո Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը շարունակում է մնալ Արցախում»,- այսօր լրագրողներին ասաց «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր, Արցախի պետնախարարի նախկին խորհրդական Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ներկայումս ո՞ր ուժերին է սատարում Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը եւ ի՞նչ գործունեությամբ է զբաղված Արցախում։
«Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հասարակական-քաղաքական ակտիվությունը շարունակվում է, ստեղծվել է «Արցախի անվտանգության եւ զարգացման ճակատ» ոչ քաղաքական նախաձեռնությունը, որով Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը փորձում է միավորել հասարակությանը, որպեսզի փորձեն լուծում տալ այն խնդիրներին, որոնք կան։ Կարծում ենք, որ այս փուլում Արցախի միասնականությունն առավել կարեւոր է, որովհետեւ ստեղծված իրավիճակում ներքին, առավել եւս քաղաքական խնդիրները չեմ կարծում, որ արդյունավետ կարող են լինել։ Արցախն այն վիճակում չէ, որ պաշտոնի կամ անձերի փոփոխությամբ հնարավոր է խնդիրը լուծել։ Ընդ որում, ոչ միայն Արցախի, այլ նաեւ Հայաստանի միավորումն է կարեւոր այս հարցում։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի առաքելությունը շարունակում է մնալ նույնը՝ անել առավելագույնը, որպեսզի Արցախն այս վիճակից դուրս գա, եւ այն մարդիկ, ովքեր Արցախում մտահոգ են, համախմբվեն»,- ասաց Առաքելյանը։
Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանն անդրադարձավ տեղեկություններին, թե Արցախում Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի խորհրդական աշխատելու ժամանակահատվածում շատ բարձր աշխատավարձ է ստացել, այնինչ Արցախը շրջափակման մեջ էր։ «Ես Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի խորհրդականն եմ եղել հասարակական հիմունքներով, աշխատավարձ չեմ ստացել, հիմնականում համակարգել եմ ֆինանսական հատվածը, մասնավորապես, ֆինանսների նախարարության գործունեությանն եմ փորձել աջակցել։ Նպատակը եղել է առկա սուղ միջոցներն ավելի արդյունավետ օգտագործելը։ Եվ այդ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում դա հաջողվել է։ Քանի որ շրջափակումն իր հերթին բերեց նաեւ տնտեսական ճգնաժամ, բյուջեի եկամուտների նվազում, նաեւ տնտեսական ակտիվության նվազում, այդ ընթացքում մի շարք միջոցառումներ ենք իրականացրել, որոնք այդ ժամանակահատվածում որոշակի դրական անդրադարձ ունեցել են։ Կարծում եմ՝ մի քանի սկզբունքային որոշումներ, ոչ միայն ֆինանսական ոլորտում, այլ նաեւ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի կողմից մատնանշված թեզը, որ Արցախում չեն կարող լինել արտոնյալներ, այդ թվում՝ ֆինանսների հետ կապված, այսուհետ կնպաստեն, որ բյուջետային միջոցներն ավելի արդյունավետ ծախսվեն»,- նշեց Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը։
