«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Շատ մասնագետների համոզմամբ, օրվա իշխանությունների ակնհայտ ուղղորդմամբ քրեական վարույթների քանակով, որոնք ունեն բացահայտ քաղաքական ենթատեքստ՝ առանց իրավական հենքի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը անընդհատ նորանոր ռեկորդներ է խփում։ Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, այս տեսակետից դատական համակար գում բա վ ա կան հե տաքր ք ի ր զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում։

Ինչպես փոխանցում է թերթի աղբյուրը, քաղաքական ենթատեքստ ունեցող այն քրեական վարույթները, որոնք արդեն ուղարկվել են դատարան, լուրջ գլխացավանք են դարձել դատավորների համար։ Համակարգում խոսում են, որ մի շարք դատավոր ներ, հաս կ ա ն ա լով երկ ր ո ւ մ ստեղծված բավական ռիսկային փուլը և իշխանությունների հանդեպ գոյություն ունեցող տոտալ անվստահությունը, փորձում են իրենց «ճիշտ պահել»։ Մասնավորաբար, վերջին մի քանի ամիսներին ակնհայտ քաղաքական բովանդակություն ունեցող մի շարք գոր ծեր դատ արան ն ե ր ի կողմից անժամկետ հետաձգվել են։

Այստեղ հատկանշական է այն, որ հետաձգումն իրականացվում է հենց դատավորի նախաձեռնությամբ, այլ ոչ թե պաշտպանական կողմի։ Թերթի հետ զրույցում դատական համակարգին մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրը հայտնում է նաև, որ այդ դատավորները, նման գործիքակազմ կիրառելով, փորձում են ստեղծված իրավիճակում «ինքնամաքրվել» և քաղաքական նկատառումներով «իջեցված» հրահանգները չկատարել, մինչև «ջրերը զուլալվեն»։
