«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Փաշինյանը իշխանության եկավ փողոցից՝ խոստանալով փակել արագաչափերն ու տեսախցիկները, փակել բոլորի վարկերը, փակել... Հասկանալի է՝ դրանցից ոչինչ չփակեց: Բայց փակումներ եղան: Ու շատ: Փակվեցին նախարարություններ, փակվեց Արցախը Մայր Հայաստանին կապող ճանապարհը, փակվեց վաղվա օրվա նկատմամբ հույսի դուռը: Իսկ երեկ էլ վերջին համարը լույս ընծայեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն» պաշտոնաթերթը: Այսինքն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը 33 տարեկան թերթն էլ փակեց: Սա առավել քան խորհրդանշական է: Պաշտոնապես ներկայացվող պատճառը տրիվիալ է. ֆինանսական խնդիրներ:
Կարճ ասած՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը փող չունի, որպեսզի շարունակվի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն» պաշտոնաթերթի հրատարակությունը: Սա ոչ միայն խորհրդանշական է, այլև խայտառակագույն իրողություն: «Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն» պաշտոնաթերթը, հավելենք՝ նաև ռուսալեզու «Ռեսպուբլիկա Արմենիան», որը նույնպես փակվելու է՝ «ՀՀ»-ի հետ, պարզապես պաշտոնաթերթեր չեն: «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հռչակման, մեր պետականության վերականգնման ծնունդն է ու ամենօրյա վկայագիրը: Այ, էն որ ասում էին «կադաստրի թուղթ» ու նման բաներ, «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը» դրանից էլ ուժեղ «թուղթ» է: Այսինքն, արդեն՝ էր:
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն» պաշտոնաթերթը փակելը չի տեղավորվում որևէ տրամաբանության շրջանակներում, դա պարզապես ամեն ինչ ավիրելու, փակելու՝ այս իշխանությունների սովորութային ծիրում է: Դէ, ակնհայտ է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա թիմը «փակողներ» են: Դա իրենց մոտ ստացվում է: Ու դաժան հարց է ծագում: Ո՞րն է հաջորդը: Հենց Հայաստանի Հանրապետությա՞ն փակումը՝ առանց չակերտների: Այդ հարցը, ցավոք, հռետորական է հնչում արդեն: Չնայած, ոչ հռետորական հարց էլ կա:
Այդ ինչպե՞ս է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը ինքնապարգևատրումների, բազմամիլիարդանոց պարգևավճարների, արտասահմանյան թանկանոց վոյաժ-«գործուղումների», Փաշինյանին ու մյուս պաշտոնյաներին տանող-բերող գերթանկարժեք «պադավատների» համար միշտ ու առատորեն փող ունի, այսինքն՝ ֆինանսներ, իսկ, այ, պետական պաշտոնաթերթի հրատարակությունը շարունակելու համար, տեսեք-տեսեք՝ ֆինանս չկա: Ցանկությո՛ւն չկա: Ոչ թե ֆինանսներ չկան: Ֆինանսներ միշտ կարելի էր գտնել, թեկուզ բաժանորդագրություններով, ինչպես նախկինում էր: ... «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը» վերջին համարը լույս ընծայեց: Սա ոչ միայն տխուր է, այլև պարզապես խայտառակություն:
