«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Այս օրերին լրատվամիջոցներով տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, պատճառաբանելով, թե պայմանավորվածություն ունի ռուսական կողմի հետ, ավտոմեքենաներ է անցկացնում Բերձորի միջանցքում Ադրբեջանի տեղադրած անցակետով (կան նաև մի քանի տեսանյութեր այդ մասին): Թեմայի շուրջ տարբեր տեղեկություններ ու մեկնաբանություններ կան նաև սոցցանցերում: Մեր տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանձնառություն ունի ոչ միայն հայտարարություններով, այլ նաև կոնկրետ գործով երաշխավորել Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում ճանաչելու գործընթացը, իսկ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն իր քայլերով նպաստում է դրան, այդ թվում՝ լեգիտիմացնում է ադրբեջանական «կապեպեն», անկախ նրանից, որ հայ քաղաքացիներին ուղեկցել են ռուս խաղաղապահները:

«Փաստ» թերթի արցախյան աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ այս օրերին Արայիկ Հարությունյանն Արցախում ինտենսիվ հանդիպումների մեջ է և փորձում է պարզաբանումներ ու արդարացումներ ներկայացնել ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ։ Ավելին, մեզ հայտնի է դարձել նաև, որ հանդիպումների ժամանակ մարդկանց այն դիտարկմանը, թե նույն Հարությունյանը ժամանակին խոստացել ու հրապարակավ հայտարարել էր, որ Արցախի ադրբեջանակակացում չի լինի, որ ամեն ինչ արվելու է ինքնորոշման հարցն առաջ տանելու համար, վերջինս արդարացել է, թե «Նիկոլն ամեն ինչ հանձնեց, ես ի՞նչ կարող եմ անել»։

Ի դեպ, տեղեկություններ կան նաև, որ ադրբեջանցիները նույնականացնում են անցակետով անցնողներին, ինչի մասին խոսել էր նաև Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ը։ Տեղեկությունների համաձայն, ադրբեջանական կողմը հատուկ «սև ցուցակ» ունի, որտեղ ներառված են Հայաստանի ու Արցախի ոչ միայն հասարակական-քաղաքական սեկտորի ներկայացուցիչներն ու բարձրաստիճան զինվորականները, այլև իրավապահ համակարգում, ինչպես նաև տեղեկատվական բլոկում աշխատող անձինք։
