Եվրոպական միության արտաքին գործերի և անվտանգության քաղաքականության բարձր ներկայացուցիչ Ժոզեպ Բորելը նախօրեին հայտարարել է, թե Լաչինի միջանցքի հետ կապված ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության ներկայացուցիչներն իրավասություններ ու լիազորություններ չունեն: Ենթադրենք... Բայց շատ հետաքրքիր է, իսկ Սոթքի՞, Տեղի՞, Երասխի հետ կապվա՞ծ էլ որևէ լիազորություն կամ հանձնառություն չունեն: Թե՞ այստեղ էլ պարզապես հետաքրքրություն չունեն: Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն, ադրբեջանական զինուժը կրակ է բացել Երասխում օտարերկրյա ներդրումների միջոցով կառուցվող մետալուրգիական գործարանի ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով վիրավորում է ստացել օտարերկրյա 2 քաղաքացի:

Սա, իհարկե, առաջին դրվագը չէ ու, ցավոք, վերջինը չի լինելու: Ու այս խորապատկերում աչք են ծակում ինչ-որ «խաղաղության» մասին դատարկ ու բացարձակապես որևէ իրական հիմք չունեցող խոսակցությունները, պայմանագրային նախապատրաստությունները, հայտարարություններն առ այն, թե՝ «կոմունիկացիաները կբացվեն»: Ու գիտեք, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից բացի, կան այլ անձինք, որ բացարձակապես հալած յուղի տեղ են ընդունում այդ ամենը: Բայց ի՞նչ «կոմունիկացիաների բացման» մասին կարող է խոսք լինել, եթե դու դա փորձում ես պայմանավորվել թուրքերի ու ադրբեջանցիների հետ, քիչ չէ, դեռ մի բան էլ՝ չունենալով որևէ երաշխիք: Ի դեպ, խոսում էին նաև այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանական փոխադրումները Հայաստանի տարածքով անցնելու ընթացքին հետևելու է ռուսական կողմը:

Այսինքն, Ռուսաստանի համապատասխան կառույցի ներկայացուցիչներն են հսկելու այդ ընթացքը: Բայց ոչ ոք ոչինչ չի խոսում, թե, օրինակ՝ ո՞վ է հսկելու Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների կամ հայկական բեռների ընթացքը, ո՞վ է ապահովելու նրանց անվտանգությունը, եթե անցնեն ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության ենթակա տարածքներով և երկաթգծերով կամ ճանապարհներով: Ինչ-որ մեկը կասկածո՞ւմ է, որ ադրբեջանցիները առաջին իսկ հնարավորության դեպքում իրենց տարածքում հայտնված հայերին առնվազն վնասելու են, եթե ավելին չասենք, բեռները փչացնելու են, մթերքը թունավորելու են: Ի՞նչ «կոմունիկացիաների բացման» մասին է խոսքը, եթե թշնամին բացահայտ ցույց է տալիս, որ իր առանցքային նպատակը Հայաստանը ոչնչացնելն է, բոլոր հնարավոր եղանակներով Հայաստանին վնաս պատճառելը:

Առհասարակ, մարդ ի՞նչ աստիճանի պետք է խելքը հացի հետ կերածի վիճակում լինի, որ լրջորեն հավատա, թե ադրբեջանական թուրքերը այս իրավիճակում հնարավորություն են տալու, որ Հայաստանը տնտեսապես շնչի, ինչ-որ բեռներ ուղարկի և ստանա: Ադրբեջանը հենց Հայաստանը խեղդամահ անելու հնարավորություն տեսնի, հետևողականորեն իրագործելու է այն: Ու իրագործում է, քանի դեռ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմն են Հայաստանում իշխանության ղեկին..
