«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Չնայած Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին դեռ մոտ երեք ամիս կա, ու, բնականաբար, պաշտոնական քարոզարշավը դեռ չի մեկնարկել, այդուամենայնիվ, մի քանի թեկնածու արդեն իսկ ինտենսիվ քարոզարշավ է իրականացնում: Ավելին, կան տեղեկություններ, որ PR խմբեր և շտաբների համար տարածքներ են սկսել վարձել: Էլ ավելին՝ նախօրեին պարզվեց, որ հայտնի է ՔՊ-ի շտաբի պետը: Խոսքը արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Փամբուխչյանի մասին է:
Այստեղ ուշագրավ է այն հանգամանքը, որ ՔՊ-ի քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն՝ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, այս ողջ ընթացքում ամեն ինչ անում է քարոզարշավի համար քաղաքապետի տեղակալի ընձեռած հնարավորություններից լայնորեն օգտվելով՝ միևնույն ժամանակ որոշակի «դիստանցիա» պահելով ՔՊ-ից: Բայց ահա, ինչպես երևում է, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշել է կասեցնել այդ «ինքնուրույնությունը» և շտաբի պետ է նշանակել իր ամենահավատարիմ «զինակիցներից» մեկին:
Ի դեպ, այստեղ մի հետաքրքիր հանգամանք էլ կա. պարզվում է՝ Արմեն Փամբուխչյանն ու Երևանի քաղաքապետի հիմնական թեկնածուներից Մանե Թանդիլ յանի ընտրական ճանապարհները մեկ անգամ արդեն խաչվել են: Ի մասնավորի, 2018 թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում նրանք ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով առաջադրվել են նույն ընտրատարածքում՝ Կենտրոն, Էրեբունի, Նորք-Մարաշ, Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջաններում։ Այն ժամանակ Փամբուխչյանն ստացել է 1666 ձայն, իսկ Թանդիլյանը՝ 3636 ձայն։
