Հունիսի 16-ին պարեկային ծառայության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Խուդինյանը Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գումարտակի ծառայողների մասնակցությամբ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել։ Այս մասին հայտնել է ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը։

«Ներկա էին պարեկային ծառայության պետի տեղակալ, գնդապետ Արմեն Մաթևոսյանը և ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Զոհրաբյանը։

Արթուր Խուդինյանը ընդգծեց առաջնահերթությունները, խոսեց պարեկային ծառայողի բարեվարքության և պատասխանատվության մասին։

Անդրադարձ եղավ նաև պարեկների արտաքին տեսքին. խոսվեց համազգեստի կրման կանոնների պահպանման մասին։ Ընդգծելով հասարակական կարգի պահպանության և հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում անզիջում լինելու անհրաժեշտությունը՝ Արթուր Խուդինյանը նշեց հատկապես քաղաքացիների հետ համագործակցությունը, գրագետ հաղորդակցությունը։

Խոսելով իրավախախտում կատարած անձանց հետ ճիշտ փոխհարաբերությունների մասին՝ Արթուր Խուդինյանը կարևորեց վարչական իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման և արձանագրման ժամանակ քաղաքացիներին համապատասխան իրավական նորմեր պարզաբանելու անհրաժեշտությունը։
Խորհրդակցության ավարտին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները ստացան համապատասխան հրահանգավորում և անցան ուժեղացված ծառայության։

Ուժեղացված ծառայության ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել է ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնների 240 խախտում։ Ծառայության ընթացքում հայտնաբերվեց նաև ապօրինի պահվող հրազեն։
Նույն օրը ուժեղացված ծառայություն է իրականացվել նաև մայրաքաղաքում։

Համապատասխան հրահանգավորումից հետո ուժեղացված ծառայության անցնելով՝ Երևանի պարեկները հայտնաբերել են ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնների 180 խախտում։

Հայտնաբերվել է ոչ սթափ վիճակում մեքենա վարող՝ 7, առանց վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականի՝ 20 անձ։ Արձանագրվել է չամրակապված վարելու՝ 23, վարելիս ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակ օգտագործելու՝ 11 իրավախախտում։ 8 մեքենա շահագործվել է առանց ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրի, 14-ը՝ տեխնիկական զննություն չանցած, 63-ը՝ թաղանթապատված դիմապակիով և կողային ապակիներով։
Նմանօրինակ հանդիպումները և ուժեղացված ծառայությունները պարբերական են լինելու»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
