Դիվանագիտական առաքելությունը Հայաստանում ավարտելու առթիվ այսօր ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե է այցելել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Աբբաս Բադախշան Զոհուրին։
Ընդունելով հարգարժան հյուրին՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանն արժևորել է դեսպան Զոհուրիի անձնական ներդրումը երկու երկրների միջև բոլոր ոլորտում համագործակցության զգալի սերտացման, ԻԻՀ դեսպանատան և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի միջև հաղորդակցության ակտիվացման համար։
Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանում պարոն Զոհուրիի բեղուն գործունեության ընթացքում էապես բարձրացել է քրեական վարույթներով անցնող քաղաքացիների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման, քննչական հարցումների կատարման օպերատիվությունը։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի բնորոշմամբ իրավական ոլորտում խորացող երկկողմ կապերը լիովին համապատասխանում են երկու երկրների ջերմ, բազմավեկտոր հարաբերությունների ոգուն և ընդհանուր նպատակներին։
Պարոն Աբբաս Բադախշան Զոհուրին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար և ընդգծել, որ նախընթաց ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանում ԻԻՀ դեսպանատան և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի միջև ձևավորված աշխատանքային անմիջական հաղորդակցության շնորհիվ հաջողվել է բազմաթիվ հարցերի տալ հրատապ լուծումներ։ Այդ տեսանկյունից դեսպանատան և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի միջև հաստատված համագործակցության մոդելը, ըստ դեսպան Զոհուրիի, կարելի է հաջողված օրինակ համարել։
Դեսպան Զոհուրին հավելել է, որ հատկապես թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության և մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարում կողմերը հասել են երկու երկրների քաղաքացիների իրավունքներից, ինչպես նաև հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի ընդհանուր նպատակներից բխող կարևոր արդյունքների, որոնք դեռևս զարգացնելու տեղ կա։ Նա նշել է, որ բազում ոլորտներում, այդ թվում նաև իրավական փոխօգնության և գործակցության ասպարեզում, Հայաստանը և Իրանն ունեն չիրացված մեծ ներուժ, և առաջիկա համատեղ անելիքները պետք է միտված լինեն դրան։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել պարոն Զոհուրիին՝ ծավալած ակտիվ, նախանձախնդիր և երկու բարեկամ ժողովուրդների շահերից բխող գործունեության համար՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ Հայաստանում ԻԻՀ նոր դեսպանը արդեն ձևավորված փոխգործակցության հարուստ փորձի հենքի վրա հնարավորություն կունենա առավել զարգացնելու և ամրապնդելու հարաբերությունները։
