«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Միացյալ Նահանգների պետքարտուղար Բլինքենն ամփոփել է Միրզոյան-Բայրամով բանակցությունների վաշինգտոնյան հերթական ռաունդը: ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի գնահատմամբ՝ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան բանակցություններում առաջընթաց կա, սակայն վերջնական համաձայնության հասնելու համար դեռ շատ աշխատանք կա անելու: Որոշ ամփոփումներ նաև ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն էլ է արել, բայց կենտրոնանանք Բլինքենի ասածների վրա, որոնց մեջ բովանդակային առումով ուշադրության է արժանի հետևյալ մասը. «...գնահատում եմ այն բարդ աշխատանքը, որը շարունակվում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև երկարատև խաղաղության պայմանագրի, ինչպես նաև այլ կարևոր խնդիրների լուծման հասնելու համար, որոնք կարող են զարգացնել երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունները»:

Եվ այս մասը. «...դեռ մեծ ջանքեր պետք է գործադրվեն վերջնական համաձայնագրի հասնելու համար»: Բայց ամենից չարագուշակը ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի ասածների մեջ հետևյալն է. «...գիտենք, որ հետագա հանդիպումներ են նախատեսված մի քանի շաբաթից նրանց հետ (Ալիև-Փաշինյան զույգի) ԵՄում: Անհամբերությամբ սպասում ենք շարունակելու նաև այս գործընթացը առաջիկա շաբաթներին՝ լավագույն օգտագործելու այս թափը, որին մենք հասել ենք այս հանդիպումների ընթացքում...»: Ինչպես ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի խոսքում, այնպես էլ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ ամփոփման մեջ բացարձակապես ոչ մի խոսք չկա այն մասին, որ այդ բանակցությունները թաթախված են նույն այդ օրերին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախում սպանված 4 հայ մարդկանց արյան մեջ: Ոչ մի խոսք, ոչ մի ցավակցություն (թեկուզ ձևական), ոչ մի ափսոսանք, ոչ մի գնահատական, ոչ մի դատապարտում ու անգամ՝ մտահոգություն:

Միայն «ուռա՜, կեցցեք, ամեն ինչ օ-քեյ է» ոճով ու ոգով ֆրազներ: Ու՝ առաջիկայում լինելու են նոր հանդիպումներ: Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ առաջիկայում ադրբեջանական կողմը շարունակելու է հայերի սպանությունները: Վաշինգտոնում բանակցելու առթիվ Ալիևն անպատիժ կերպով 4 հայի սպանեց, հաջորդ հանդիպմանը քանիսի՞ն կսպանի: Իսկ ինչո՞ւ թշնամին իրեն այդպես չպահի, եթե ԱՄՆ-ն ողջունում է հայերի սպանությունները, իսկ ՀՀ իշխանություններն ընդհանրապես թքա՛ծ ունեն: Հա, Բլինքենն ասում է, թե, իր կարծիքով, կողմերը գիտակցում են, որ «որքան մոտենում ենք համաձայնության հասնելուն, որոշ դեպքերում՝ այդքան բարդանում է ընթացքը, քանի որ ամենաբարդ հարցերը թողնված են վերջում»: Սա հնչում է մոտավորապես որպես սպառնալիք, այսինքն՝ ամենածանր, ամենակապիտուլյացիոն հարցերի մասին Փաշինյանի իշխանություն-Ադրբեջան համաձայնության մասին կհայտարարվի ամենավերջում...
