Բոլոր ցավերի ու խնդիրների կողքին բավականաչափ լուսավոր կետեր կան այսօրվա Հայաստանում

Դավիթ Վանյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ես դրսից եկած, իմ ազնիվ դասընկերների կողմից քննադատված, սփուռքահայ անվանված մահականացուս, անսահման սիրով հայտնում եմ քեզ՝ իմ ժողովուրդ, որ բոլոր ցավերի ու խնդիրների կողքին բավականաչափ լուսավոր կետեր եմ տեսնում այսօրվա Հայաստանում, որոնք, համարձակվում եմ ասել, մեր ապագայի համար կայուն հիմք են ծառայելու:
Ես, առաջին անգամ, ձյունածածկ ճանապարհներով, Շամշադինի նախկին շրջկենտրոնից Չինարի գյուղ հասա կես ժամում, երբ անցյալում մեկ և կես ժամ էր պահանջվում դրա համար, նույնիսկ խորհրդային տարիներին: Ընդհանրապես ճանապարհները լավն էին ամենուրեք: Նաև մայրաքաղաք տանող ճանապարհը: Բայց պիտի ասեմ, որ թե Նոյեմբերյանում, թե Շամշադինում անվտանգության խնդիր կա, և պետական մոտեցում է անհրաժեշտ՝ թիկունքի ռեզերվային ճանապարհները վերակառուցելու համար:
Հաջորդը՝ մեր բանակն է, որտեղ ծառայելը սահմանային բնակչի համար պատվաբեր է, և կարգապահության խստացման, զիվորական ոգու բարձրացման միտումները հուսադրող են:
Երրորդը՝ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների համակարգում սահմանային նոր ստորաբաժանումների ստեղծումն է, որը ռազմական բնակավայրերի հիմքը կարող է դառնալ:
4. Առոջության առաջնային պահպանման կենտրոնների գործունեությունը սահմանի վրայի գյուղերում (ԱԱՊԿ) իսկական ֆենոմենալ երևույթ է, երբ բժշկությունը եկել է հասել գյուղացուն, երբ ընտանեկան բժշկությունը բացի իր ֆունկցիոնալ պարտականություններից, դարձել է գյուղացուն հույս տվող, թիկունքի հետ ռեալ կապ պահող մի ինստիտուտ:
5. Գյուղացիների հետ զրուցելուս ես եկա այն կարծիքին, որ նրանց անհանգստացնող միակ երևույթը սահմանային կրակոցներն ու բախումներն են, իսկ տնտեսության կազմակերպման բնագավառում, նրանք արդեն կարողանում են օգտվել տարբեր կազմակերպությունների կողմից հատկացվող ամենատարբեր օժանդակումներից, ունեն իրենց փոքրիկ շուկան ու, կարծես թե, մի փոքրիկ վստահություն կա նրանց վաղվա օրվա հանդեպ:
6. Եթե շրջկենտրոններում նախկինում ավտոմեքենա մի երկու հատ էին, ապա այսօր կանգառի ու կայանումի տեղի հարց կա: Փողոցները լուսավոր են, չեն անջատվում նույնիսկ գիշերները, վառ են նաև գովազդի պաստառները: Բոլոր գյուղերում տոնածառներ կային, իսկ շրջկենտրոն Բերդի ամանօրյա հանդեսի մակարդակը հաստատ ավելի բարձր էր, քան ռուսական, կամ չեխական որևէ քաղաքի: Խոսքս նյութի ու կազմակերպման որակի մասին է, այլ ոչ թե ծախսված գումարների:
7. Ամենակարևորը՝ մարդն է, որը բոլորովին տարբեր է այս վիրտուալ տարածքի օգտատերից, բարյացակամ է, բարետես ու իսկական:
8. Մայրաքաղաքն էլ կարծես կազմակերպված էր ու բարեհամբույր, որտեղ ամեն հայ իրեն ինչպես իր տանն է զգում:
