Մերֆիի օրենքներից մեկն ասում է․ «Սովորաբար մենք միայն գործն ավարտելուց հետո ենք հասկանում՝ որտեղից էր պետք սկսել»։ Եվ այսպես, եկեք ուրիշների սխալների վրա սովորենք։ Ահա վերանորոգման հետ կապված ամենահաճախ հանդիպող սխալները․

1. Ոչ մի դեպքում մի միացրեք լոգարանն ու զուգարանը, հատկապես եթե երկրորդը չունեք։ Դա շատ անհարմար է, հատկապես եթե տանը 2 հոգու ավելի մարդ է ապրում։ 
2. Լինոլեումը ամենալավ տարբերակը չէ խոհանոցի հատակի համար։ 
3. Մի վստահեք տան վերանորոգումը կնոջ, թող նա դա անի դիզայների օգնությամբ։ Հակառակ դեպքում դուք կունենաք ընկերների կամ ծանոթների տան կրկնությունը, չէ՞ որ նրանց մոտ ամեն ինչ շատ գեղեցիկ է։ Ահավոր է գիտակցել, որ տան տերերը զուրկ են առանձնահատկությունից։  
4. Կենցաղում ներկված պատերն անքան էլ հարմար չեն, հատկապես վարդակների մոտակայքում՝ անվերջ մատնահետքեր։  
5. Ամեն դեպքում ճիշտ կլինի հատկացնել օդազտիչի գոֆրե խողովակը թաքցնելու համար նախատեսված պահարան։  


6. Վաննայի տակի հատվածը երբեք մի փակեք։ 
7. Երբեք մի առանձնացրեք կտրտելու հատվածը եփման հատվածից։ 
8. Երբեք մի օգտագործեք կովրոլին։
9. Երբեք լոգարանի համար մի օգտագործեք մոխրագույն-երկնագույն, կապույտ կամ սև երանգները։
10. Երբեք մի կախեք խոհանոցի վերին պահարանները ձեր ձեռքին անհասանելի բարձրության վրա։


11. Չի կարելի խոհանոցում հատակը ծածկել լամինատով կամ մանրահատակով․ առաջին արտահոսքի դեպքում մեծ խնդիրների առաջ կկանգնեք։  
12. Լոգարանում սպիտակ կամ շատ բաց գույնի սալիկ մի կպցրեք․ հիվանդանոցի տպավորություն է առաջանում։
13. Խոհանոցային կահույքը ամբողջ պատի երկայնքով մի տեղադրեք, եթե ձեր խոհանոցը ուղանկյունաձև է։ Ավելի լավ է անկյունով տեղադրել։  
14. Երբեք մի խնայեք սանտեխնիկայի և սալիկի վրա․ մի քանի տարի հետո շատ վատ տեսք կունենան,  իսկ փոխելն ավելի թանկ կարժենա։  
15. Փոքր զգեստասենյակ մի կառուցեք, որ սենյակը կես մետր ավելի մեծ լինի։ Երբ այն լցվի, երկրորդը կառոուցել չեք կարող, իսկ ավելորդ կես մետրը սենյակին ոչ մի օգուտ չի տա։
