«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Ակնհայտ է, որ թշնամին պատրաստվում է կա՛մ ռազմական նոր ագրեսիայի, կա՛մ մեկ այլ՝ Հայաստանի համար կորստաբեր ակտիվության: Այդ ընթացքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած ՔՊ-ն զբաղված է... երկրի ներսում զանազան պաշտոններ զավթելով: Իրենց մշտապես քիչ են թվում քպականացված պաշտոնները, ավելին՝ ամբողջ ինստիտուտներն ու համակարգերը, որքան էլ որ իրենք իշխանություն են կամ համարվում են այդպիսին: Խնդրեմ, հենց այս օրերին ՔՊ-ն հիմա էլ ակտիվ պայքար է ծավալել Ախուրյանում՝ համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը զավթելու համար:
Սա ընդհանրապես փաշինյանական «դեմոկրատիայի» փայլուն գործելակերպ է. եթե ահաբեկումներով, «գնումներով» կամ այլ կերպ չի հաջողվում իրենցով անել այս կամ այն համայնքի տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինը, ապա անմիջապես գործի են դրվում կա՛մ ռեպրեսիվ գործիքակազմը (ընտրված համայնքապետի կալանավորում, նրա կամ մերձավորների ձերբակալություններ, մի խոսքով՝ բռնաճնշումներ), կա՛մ դրանից անմիջապես հետո սկսվում է քայքայիչ գործունեություն՝ ընտրված համայնքապետին պաշտոնանկ անելու և «յուրային» մեկին նրա փոխարեն նշանակելու նպատակով:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա ՔՊ-ն չեն կարող ոչ մի կերպ հանդուրժել, որ հանկարծ որևէ պաշտոն իրենցը չլինի: Ու միայն ՏԻՄ-ի դեպքում չէ: Խնդրեմ, նախօրեին ՔՊ-ն ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների հանձնաժողովի նախագահին պաշտոնից հեռացրեց: Ինչո՞ւ: Որովհետև ՔՊ-ական չէր ու իրենցից չէր: Կամ այս օրերին ակտիվ քննարկվում է Մատենադարանի նոր ղեկավարություն ձևավորելու հարցը, ինչի համար բռնեցին ու Մատենադարանի տնօրենի պաշտոնի հավակնորդին ներկայացվող պարտադիր պահանջները փոփոխեցին, որպեսզի կարողանան փաշինյանական մեկին դնել այնտեղ:
Արդեն նույնիսկ ցանկություն չկա հիշեցնելու դատարանները զավթելու, ԲԴԽ-ն զավթելու, ՄԻՊ-ը զավթելու և մի շարք այլ նման դրսևորումների մասին: Հիմնականն այն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը 2018ի ապրիլ-մայիսյան իշխանազավթումից հետո արդեն 5 տարի է, ինչ երկիրը «կառավարում» է (կամ, ինչպես ժողովրդի մեջ է ասվում, կառավաՌում է) շարունակական իշխանազավթման ռեժիմով: Ու իրենց էլի քիչ է թվում: Չես նախանձի այն ժողովրդին, որի «իշխանությունը» հետևողական ավերումներին զուգահեռ շարունակական իշխանազավթման ռեժիմի մեջ է:
