Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն արձագանքել է Փաշինյանի՝ Le Monde-ում հրապարակված հոդվածին

Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն արձագանքել է ՀՀ վարչապետի՝ Le Monde թերթի համար գրված հոդվածին՝ հայտարարելով, թե իբր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ արտահայտած մտքերն «անհիմն են»:
«Հայկական կողմը պետք է հասկանա, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինում անցակետի ստեղծումն ամբողջությամբ միջազգային իրավունքի շրջանակներում է, այս քայլն արվել է Հայաստանի «դիվերսիոն» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) գործողությունները կանխելու համար, և այդ կետի առկայությունը քննարկման առարկա չէ։ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը հուլիսի 6-ի որոշմամբ նույնպես միաձայն մերժել է Հայաստանի հայցը՝ վերահաստատելով, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սահմանին անցակետի ստեղծումը «բացարձակ ինքնիշխան և օրինական» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) որոշում է», -ասված է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Փաշինյանը Le Monde-ի համար հոդվածում գրել էր, որ Հայաստանը գործով ապացուցել է, որ կառավարությունը և ժողովրդն ունեն իրական կամք՝ տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղություն հաստատելու համար։ Մինչդեռ աայս պահին խաղաղության ամենամեծ խոչընդոտն Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ և անօրինական գործողություններն են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ, մասնավորապես Լաչինի միջանցքում ու նաև Հայաստանի սահմաններում։ Լաչինի միջանցքը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայությանը արտաքին աշխարհի հետ կապող միակ ճանապարհն է։ Դեկտեմբերից ի վեր Ադրբեջանի կողմից խստորեն սահմանափակվել է մուտքը միջանցք՝ բնապահպանական բողոքի կեղծ պատրվակով։ Այժմ Բաքուն ավելի հեռուն է գնացել՝ միջանցքի մուտքի մոտ սահմանային անցակետ տեղադրելով՝ ընդհուպ խոչընդոտելով Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի շարժը։ Սա նշանակում է, որ սննդի, դեղորայքի և առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների մատակարարումը մեծապես խաթարված է։ Amnesty International-ը, Human Rights Watch-ը, Եվրոպական խորհրդարանը, Եվրախորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը և այլ ազդեցիկ կառույցներ նախազգուշացրել են զարգացող հումանիտար ճգնաժամի մասին:
«Արգելափակելով մարդկանց ու տրանսպորտային միջոցների մուտքը՝ Ադրբեջանը միտումնավոր կերպով խաթարում է նաև գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ: Այս գործողությունները համընկել են աճող ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանության, քարոզչության և նույնիսկ ադրբեջանական ուժերի կողմից տեղի ֆերմերների վրա կրակ բացելու հետ: Նպատակը պարզ է՝ հնարավորինս դժվարացնել կյանքը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի համար և, ի վերջո, ստիպել նրանց լքել իրենց տները։ Դա էթնիկ զտումների դասագրքային օրինակ է։ Եթե միջազգային հանրությունը չարձագանքի, դա կլինի մարդկության հերթական ձախողումը»,- ասել է ՀՀ Վարչապետը։
Միջազգային հանրությունը, Փաշինյանի համոզմամբ, պետք է համարձակ քայլեր ձեռնարկի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի՝ Սարաևոյի տիպի պաշարումը դադարեցնելու համար։ Շրջափակումը Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրավաբանորեն ամրագրված պարտավորությունների խախտում է և ամենակարևորը՝ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի բազմաթիվ նմանօրինակ որոշումների խախտում է:
