«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության նիստերը «կինո» են: Կամ՝ «մեկ «դերասանի» թատրոն»: Շատերին նյարդայնացնում է հատկապես կառավարության նիստերի ժամանակ տիրող ուրախզվարթ, առոք-փառոք մթնոլորտն ու միջավայրը: Այնպես, որ կարելի է կարծել, թե դա ինչ-որ մի անհոգս, անպատերազմ ու անխնդիր երկրի հաջողակ կառավարության նիստ է, այլ ոչ թե՝ համատարած տապալումներ ու կորուստներ բերած իշխանության գործադիր մարմնի նիստ: Սա՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ: Մյուսը, ինչն ուշադրություն է գրավում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա կառավարության դեպքում, ցուցադրականությունն ու ձևականությունն են: Մշտական, ամենօրյա...
Դիտարկենք կոնկրետ դեպք: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության նիստում ասաց, որ զբոսնելիս հանդիպել է դեղձուտցի աշակերտների, նրանցից տեղեկացել դպրոցի վատ վիճակի մասին, ապա կարգադրել է իր համապատասխան նախարարներին, որ հարցը լուծեն: Հետո նա էլի է այցելել Դեղձուտ, ծանոթացել վիճակին, կառուցված մոդուլային դպրոցի վիճակին ու պայմաններին, հետո էլի տեղեկացել է, որ գույքի, կահավորանքի հարցը դեռ չի լուծվել, էլի դառը տպավորություն է ունեցել, ինչպես ինքը հայտարարեց: Հետո շրջանառվեց նաև տեսանյութ, որտեղ պատկերված է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը Դեղձուտի աշակերտների հետ: Ավելի ճիշտ՝ մի հատված այդ այցելությունից: Փաշինյանը լուսանկարվում էր աշակերտների հետ: Զուգահեռ այս ամենը ինչ-որ մեկն էլ նկարահանում էր:
Որ տեսանյութն էլ լինի՝ նախարարին հանձնարարական տալու պահն էլ վրադիր: Ու ոչ այնքան կառուցված մոդուլային դպրոցի վիճակին ու պայմաններին էր ծանոթանում, որքան կենտրոնացած էր այն բանի վրա, որ նկարը «լավ երևա», թե որ կողմից լուսանկարեն, որտեղ կանգնեն, լույսը որ կողմից է ընկնում, որ նկարն ավելի՛ «լավ երևա»: Իսկական ռեժիսոր, որ նաև գլխավոր դերում է: Սա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին բնութագրող լավագույն օրինակներից մեկն է. նրան ամենից շատ հետաքրքրում է ոչ թե խնդիրը կամ դրա լուծումը, այլ նկարվելը, փիառվելը: Կառավարության նիստում ասում էր, թե միլիարդները, որ հատկացնում են, երեխաների համար են հատկացնում: Բայց կարելի է վերաձևակերպել.
