Արտաքին ազդեցություններն ու ՀՀ ՀՆԱ 2016-ը

Նարեկ Սարգսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկի (ԵԶԲ) վերլուծաբանները կանխատեսում են, որ 2016-ին Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ–ի աճը կտատանվի 1,7–2,2 տոկոսի սահմանում, ինչը ցածր է 2015-ին գրանցված ցուցանիշից, իսկ 2017թ-ին 2.9 տոկոս աճ:
«2015 թ.–ի չորրորդ եռամսյակում Հայաստանի տնտեսության դանդաղումը կարող է զգայուն լինել արտաքին առևտրի պայմանների վատացման, ամրապնդվող փոխարժեքի, արդյունահանող արդյունաբերության և գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտներում առաջարկների շոկի հետևանքով դրական արդյունքի թուլացման պատճառով։ Տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշն անկում է գրանցել 2015 թ. հոկտեմբեր - նոյեմբերին։ ՀՆԱ-ի աճը 2015-ի արդյունքում կազմել է 2,5 -2,7 տոկոս (2,3 տոկոս` նախատեսված կոնսենսուս–կանխատեսման համաձայն): Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ–ի աճի հեռանկարը 2016 թ. մնում է անորոշ ուժեղացող արտաքին խոցելիության հետևանքով։
Ռուսաստանի տնտեսության վերականգնման շուրջ տիրող անորոշությունը, Եվրոպայում աճի ցածր տեմպերը, տարածաշրջանում ձևավորված բարդ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակը, մետաղների ցածր գները առաջարկի շոկից անհետացող արդյունքի, ինչպես նաև դրամի իրական ամրապնդման պայմաններում, կսահմանափակեն արտահանումն ու արդյունահանող և վերամշակող արդյունաբերության ցուցանիշները:
Արտահանման համար դրական կարող է դառնալ ԵՏՄ երկրներ և այլ ուղղություններով արտահանման երթուղիների ընդլայնման արդյունքում բարենպաստ պայմանների ավելացումը։
Մակրոտնտեսական քաղաքականության սահմանափակ գործիքները, դանդաղ վարկավորումը, կառուցվածքային բարեփոխումների պակասը կզսպեն սպառումն ու ներդրումները, որոնց կրճատումը յոթ տարվա ընթացքում համակարգային բնույթ է ստացել։ Առևտրի, որոշ ծառայությունների և շինարարության ոլորտներում գրանցված անկումը կարող է դադարել, այդ թվում նաև դրամական փոխանցումների վերականգնման արդյունքում»։
