Ռոբերտ Նազարյանի փաստաբանական թիմն արձագանքել է դատախազությանը

Երեկ Գլխավոր դատախազությունը հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանից անշարժ գույք և ֆինանսական միջոցներ բռնագանձելու պահանջի վերաբերյալ։ Նազարյանի փաստաբանական թիմի ղեկավարը՝ Գագիկ Խաչիկյանը, NEWS.am-ին է տրամադրել հիշյալ հաղորդագրության առնչությամբ փաստաբանական թիմի հայտարարությունը, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Որպես վերջինիս շահերի ներկայացուցիչ՝ անհրաժեշտ եմ համարում փաստել, որ երեկ մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներով տարածված Գլխավոր դատախազության հաղորդագրությունը ապօրինի է եւ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող։ Ավելին՝ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը այնքան էր խճճվել վաղվա քաղաքական միջոցառմանն ընդառաջ տեղեկատվությունը ճոխ ներկայացնելու անշնորհակալ գործում, որ «Լուրեր»-ի անոնսում եւ հիմնական թողարկմանը ներկայացվեցին իրար չհամապատասխանող հակասական թվային տվյալներ՝ մի տեղ նշելով 3,9 մլրդ, մեկ այլ տեղ 1,7 մլրդ թվերը։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, «Լուրեր» պատրաստողները հասկանալի պատճառներով շրջանցել էին այն առանցքային հանգամանքը, որ ՀԾԿՀ անդամներին իբր առնչվող եւ երեք տարի տեւած նախաքննությունը Ռոբերտ Նազարյանի եւ մյուսների մասով կարճվել է վերջիններիս կողմից քրեորեն հետապնդվող արարք կատարած չլինելու, այսինքն՝ արդարացման հիմքով։ Սրանով փաստվել է առնվազն երկու կարեւոր հանգամանք, եւս մեկ անգամ հաստատվել է, որ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը երբեք իր աշխատած որեւէ պաշտոնում պաշտոնական դիրք չի չարաշահել։ Եւ երկրորդ՝ արդարացման հիմքով գործի կարճումը ինքնըստինքյան հիմնազուրկ է դարձնում դրանից բխող որեւէ գործընթաց, այդ թվում՝ վերջինիս նկատմամբ ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործընթացը։ Ցանկանում եմ փաստել, որ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը ունեցել է եւ ունի անբասիր վարք եւ կենսագրություն, նրա ղեկավարած շինարարական կազմակերպության կողմից է կառուցվել Երեւանի բնակարանային ֆոնդի շուրջ 15 տոկոսը, նրա ղեկավարությամբ Գյումրիում կառուցված շենքերից որեւիցե մեկը երկրաշարժի ընթացքում չի փլվել, ավելին՝ նույնիսկ չի ճանաչվել վթարային։ Հիմա հաշվենք, թե իր անբասիր աշխատանքի արդյունքում քանի հարյուր, եթե ոչ հազար կյանք է փրկել վերջինս։

Ինչ վերաբերում է իբր ապօրինի գույքի և ֆինանսների առնչությամբ ստահոդ հայտարարություններին, ապա դրանք մանրամասն վերլուծվել եւ հերքվել են մեր կողմից դատարան ներկայացրած փաստաթղթերով։

Հաշվի առնելով, որ կատարված հրապարակումների արդյունքում հանրության շրջանում ծագել է որոշ հետաքրքրություն, նախանձախնդիր լինելով Ռոբերտ Նազարյանի պատիվն ու հեղինակությունը անհարկի շահարկելու փորձերը ի սկզբանե կանխելու անհրաժեշտությունից՝ վերջինիս պաշտպանական թիմը կարճ ժամանակում պատրաստվում է հանդես գալ առկա գործընթացների ավելի մանրամասն ու հանգամանալից վերլուծությամբ»։
