ԿԳՄՍ-ն՝ դպրոցներում ուսումնական խմբակների ձևավորման, գործունեության մասին

Հանրակրթական դպրոցներում ուսումնական խմբակների գործունեությունը կարգավորվում է ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի հրամանով հաստատված «Հանրակրթական հիմնական ընդհանուր և այլընտրանքային ծրագրեր ուսումնական հաստատություններում ուսումնական խմբակների ձևավորման ու գործունեության և ուսումնական նախագծերի իրականացման կարգով»:
Ուսումնական խմբակների ձևավորումը
Ուսումնական խմբակների անհրաժեշտությունը որոշվում է սովորողների առաջարկությամբ, հանրակրթության պետական չափորոշչով սահմանված առաջնահերթություններով, դպրոցի զարգացման նպատակներով։ Խմբակը կարող է վարել ուսուցիչը կամ համապատասխան որակավորում ունեցող մասնագետը:
Կրթական որևէ աստիճանում խմբակի իրականացման համար հատկացվող ժամաքանակը չի կարող գերազանցել շաբաթական 2 ժամը։ Կրթական տարբեր աստիճաններում միաժամանակ կարող է իրականացվել նույն խմբակը։ Ծրագրի անվանումը չի կարող կրկնել ուսումնական պլանով նախատեսված որևէ ուսումնական առարկայի անվանումը և ծրագրի բովանդակությունը:
Ուսումնական խմբակների գործունեությունը
Խմբակը տարիֆիկացվում է, եթե դրա ծրագիրը հաստատել է հաստատության տնօրենը, և առնվազն 8 սովորող խմբակում ընդգրկվելու ցանկություն է հայտնել: Սովորողները կարող են մասնակցել խմբակի աշխատանքներին՝ իրենց ցանկությամբ և հրաժարվել դրան մասնակցելուց՝ առանց հիմնավորման: Բացառություն կարող են լինել կրթության պետական կառավարման լիազորված մարմնի որոշմամբ սահմանված խմբակները:
Դպրոցներում ուսումնական նախագծերի իրականացումը
Ուսումնական նախագծերն իրականացվում են 7-12-րդ դասարաններում: Նախագիծն առանձին սովորողների կամ սովորողների փոքր խմբի կողմից որևէ ուսումնական առարկայի կամ ուսումնասիրվող որևէ օբյեկտի կամ երևույթի վերաբերյալ իրականացվող առարկայական կամ միջառարկայական հետազոտական աշխատանք է՝ նվիրված օրինաչափությունների, առանձնահատկությունների հետազոտմանը, արդյունքների ստացման և եզրակացությունների արձանագրմանը: Սովորողի կողմից նախագիծը կարող է իրականացվել ինչպես մեկ ուսումնական առարկայի շրջանակում, այնպես էլ տարբեր ուսումնական առարկաներից:
Սովորողներն իրենք են ընտրում այն նախագիծը, որին ցանկանում են մասնակցել: Սովորողների կողմից իրականացված ավարտուն նախագծերը գնահատվում են և հրապարակվում դպրոցի կայքում:
