ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախկին նախագահ, անկուսակցական պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
Արցախում ցեղասպանություն է: Եթե 1915թ մարդկանց շարքով դաժանաբար սպանում էին, ապա հիմա օղակի մեջ են վերցրել ու բնաջնջում են:
Արցախցին ոչ կարող է մնալ իր բնօրրանում, ոչ կարող է փախչել. ճանապարհ չկա, գնալու տեղ չկա: Կրակում ու արկակոծում են չորս կողմերից 450 կմ երկայնքով և վերևից՝ անօդաչուներով, հրթիռներով, ավիահարվածներով...
Սա աղետ է, մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքների կոպտագույն խախտում, էթնիկ զտում, որի վրա միջազգային հանրությունը աչք է փակում:
