Սիրելի բարեկամներ,
Արցախում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական իրադարձություններից հետո շատերը մեզ հարցնում են, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենալու «Հայաքվե»-ի հետ, արդյոք այն այլևս ժամանակավրեպ չի, արդյոք ամռան ընթացքում ստորագրահավաքի վրա դրված մեր աջակիցների ջանքերը ապարդյուն չէին:
Որքան էլ որ ցավալի լինեն մեր կորուստները և Արցախի փաստացի հայաթափումը, մեր ազգի բազմադարյան պատմությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ պարբերաբար մեր տարածաշրջանում առաջանում են բարենպաստ իրավիճակներ, և մեր պայքարը հնարավորություն է տալիս ետ բերել կորսվածը, եթե մենք այդ պայքարից չենք հրաժարվում, թևաթափ չենք լինում, և չենք տրվում պահի պարտադրանքին:
Թեև Արցախի Հանրապետությունը այս պահին փաստացի օկուպացված է թշնամու կողմից, իրավաբանորեն այն շարունակում է պահպանել իր գոյությունը, իսկ նրա բնակչությունը շարունակում է պահպանել իր հավաքական իրավունքները։ Մեզ որևէ դեպքում չի կարելի հրաժարվել հայկական Արցախի գաղափարից և նրան երբևէ վերատիրելու համար պայքարից, քանի որ դրանով մենք աստիճանական վերացման կդատապարտենք նաև բուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը:
Արդեն այսօր Ադրբեջանի բռնապետը, օկուպացնելով Արցախը, այլևս չի ճանաչում ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, ՀՀ-ին անկլավների և միջանցքի անվան տակ նոր զիջումներ է պարտադրում, սպառնում նոր ներխուժումներով, հետևաբար՝ ուժային շանտաժի այս մթնոլորտում ՀՀ-ն և նրա անունից որևէ մեկը իրավասու չէ միակողմանիորեն ճանաչելու Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, դա միայն նոր ողբերգություններ և կորուստեր է բերելու մեր ժողովրդին:
Այս իսկ պատճառով մենք շարունակում ենք «Հայաքվե»-ի օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը, և վճռական ենք տրամադրված այն պաշտպանելու ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում: Վաղը, հոկտեմբերի 11-ին, ժամը 11:00, մեր նախաձեռնող խումբը պաշտոնապես մուտք կանի օրենքի նախագիծը ՀՀ Ազգային ժողով, և դրանով կշարունակի իր բաժին պայքարը՝ Արցախը ազատագրված, և Հայաստանը նորից հզոր և անվտանգ տեսնելու համար: Մեզ աջակցած բազմահազար քաղաքացիներին ևս խնդրում ենք չվհատվել, այս դժվարին օրերին պաշտպանել մեր երկիրը, և շարունակել պայքարը նրա հզոր և անվտանգ ապագայի համար:
