«Արցախի ապագան մեծապես կախված է այն բանից, թե ինչպես ենք մենք՝ որպես ժողովուրդ վերաբերվում հայկական երկրորդ պետության ղեկավարների թշնամական բանտարկության մեջ գտնվելու հանգամանքին։
Ամբողջ աշխարհի հայությունն այսօր պետք է մեկ բռունցք դառնա և պայքարի Բակո Սահակյանի, Արկադի Ղուկասյանի, Արայիկ Հարությունյանի, Դավիթ Իշխանյանի, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի, Դավիթ Մանուկյան, Լևոն Մնացականյանին և Դավիթ Բաբայանի շուտափույթ ազատ արձակվելու համար։ Իհարկե, նաև մեր մյուս ռազմագերիների խնդիրները չի կարելի անտեսել, բայց նշվածներն առաջնահերթ են։
Եթե մենք ուզում ենք հետագայում Արցախի համար պայքարելու իրավունք ստանալ, առավել ևս կարգավիճակ պահանջել, ուրեմն այդ պայքարը պետք է ոչ մի վայրկյան չդադարի։
Անկախ բոլոր օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ հանգամանքներից՝ այդ մարդիկ են մեր ազգային արժանապատվության այսօրվա չափորոշիչը։ Քանի դեռ նրանք բանտարկված են, Հայաստանն ու Արցախը ոչ մի շանս չունեն։ Սրա մասին պետք չէ շատ ու երկար խոսել։ Բայց այս խնդրի լուծման մասին պետք է անընդհատ մտածել ու աշխատել։
Նորից եմ կրկնում՝ դրանից է կախված Արցախի ապագան։ Ես հավատում եմ, որ այն դեռ կարող է լուսավոր լինել»։
