Այն, ինչ տեղի է ունեցել Արցախում, միջազգային իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտում է։
Արցախը՝ որպես միջազգային իրավունքի սուբյեկտ, էթնիկ զտման արդյունքում չի կարող պարզապես վերանալ։
 
Այն, ինչ այսօր անում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ցեղասպանությանը հանցակցություն և մաքրագործում է։
 
Մենք պետք է շարունակենք պայքարը, որպեսզի թույլ չտանք ամրագրել Ադրբեջանի իրականացրած ցեղասպանության հետևանքով ստեղծված վիճակը։
Եթե ԱԺ մեծամասնությունը դեմ քվեարկի ՀայաՔվեին, հանցակից կդառնա Արցախի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ իրագործված ցեղասպանությանը։
 
Օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ Քրեական օրենսգրքում նախատեսվող լրացումներով ազատազրկում կսպառնա ՀՀ-ի այն պաշտոնյաներին, որոնք Հայաստանի անունից Արցախը կճանաչեն որևէ այլ պետության կազմում, կհրաժարվեն Հայոց ցեղասպանությունից, կհերքեն կամ կարդարացնեն այն։
 
Արցախի բնակչությունն իրենց տներ վերադառնալու համար պետք է ստանա սեփական անվտանգության և իրավունքների պահպանման միջազգային երաշխիքներ:
 
 Ըստ օրենքի՝ ԱԺ նախագահը պետք է մակագրի օրենքի նախագիծը պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովին, վերջինս պետք է կազմակերպի համապատասխան լսումներ, առաջարկների հավաքագրում, դրա հիման վրա պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովը պետք է քննարկի ՀայաՔվեի ներկայացրած օրենսդրական նախագիծը։
 
Հայաքվեն չպետք է թույլ տա, որ Փաշինյանի՝ օդում արված հայտարարությունները ձևակերպվեն թղթի վրա։
