«Содружество» ընկերության հիմնադիր ամուսիններն իրենց բիզնեսը սկսել են 1994 թ։ Սկզբում նրանք զբաղվում էին կերակրային համեմունքների վաճառքով, հետո սկսեցին արտադրել ձեթ եւ այժմ հանդիսանում են բուսական յուղի արտադրության ամենախոշոր ընկերություններից մեկի ղեկավարը Ռուսաստանում։ Ընկերությունը գնահատվում է 2,2 մլրդ դոլար։

1977-ից 1991 թթ. Սաֆինան Թաթարստանի տարբեր ընկերություններում աշխատել է որպես հաշվապահ։ 1991 թ. ստանձնել «Казань» ընկերության գլխավոր հաշվապահի պաշտոնը, որի հիմքի վրա էլ ստեղծվեց ТАИФ խումբը։
Օլգա Բելյավցեւա.«Прогресс Капитал»-ի տնօրենների խորհրդի անդամ

Եկամտի աղբյուրը. սննդի արտադրություն
1990-ականների սկզբին Բելյացեւան աշխատում էր ըմպելիքների «Лебедянский» արտադրությունում, որից հետո ստեղծել է «Ассоль» ընկերությունը։
2004 թ. նա ձեռք բերեց«Лебедянский» ընկերության 18,4% մասնաբաժինը։ 2008 թ. PepsiCo եւ PepsiBottlingGroup-ը գնեցին ընկերության 75,53% տոկոսը եւ Բելյավցեվան իր նախագծի դիմաց ստացավ 330 մլն դոլար։ Հենց այդ ժամանակ էլ «Лебедянского»-ից առանձնացավ «Прогресс» գործարանը, որը արտադրում է մանկական սնունդ եւ հանքային ջուր։

Wildberries ընկերությունը ռուսական շուկայում ամենախոշոր հագուստի եւ կոշիկի օնլայն խանութներից է։ Տատյանա Բակալչուկն այս բիզնեսը ստեղծել է 2004 թվականին, երբ անգլերենի ուսուցչուհի էր։
Աղջկա ծննդից հետո, երբ նա գտնվում էր ֆիզ. արձակուրդում, նա որոշեց գումար վաստակել գերմանական Otto եւ Quelle կատալոգների հագուստները վերավաճառելով համացանցում։ Ամուսնու հետ նա ինտերնետ խանութ հիմնեց։ Սկզբում որպես ապրանքների պահուստ էր հանդիսանում նրանց բնակարանը, իսկ ապրանքները Տատյանան ինքնուրույն էր բաժանում. «Մենք չէինք էլ ենթադրում, որ դա սուպերնախագիծ է դառնալու»,- պատմում է Ռուսաստանի ամենահարուստ կանանցից մեկը։
