Վարչախումբը լրջորեն մտածում է արտահերթ ընտրությունների մասին

Գործող իշխանությունները լրջորեն մտածում են արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու մասին։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ վերջին շրջանում Արևմուտքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումները տեղի են ունենում դեմ առ դեմ ֆորմատով։ Փաշինյանը նախընտրում է բոլոր կարևորագույն հարցերը լուծել դրսում, քանի որ Հայստանում չի վստահում որևէ հատուկ ծառայության, իսկ դրսում էլ իր հովանավորների հետ հանդիպումներում նրան խորհուրդ են տվել լրջորեն մտածել արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու մասին, փորձել վերականգնել սեփական լեգիտիմությունը, որպեսզի կարողանա այդ դիրքերից ելնելով իրականացնի արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխման իր մտադրությունը։
Այս հանդիպումների և խորհուրդների մասին Փաշինյանն ակնարկել է որոշ ՔՊ-ականների հետ հանդիպումներում և, բնականաբար, այդ տեղեկությունը չէր կարող ամբողջովին գաղտնի մնալ, ընդ որում գործող վարչախմբի պարագլուխը ակնարկել է, որ արտահերթ խորհրդարնական ընտրությունների դեպքում հնարավորություն կա այսօրվա տիտղոսային ընդդիմությանը հանել Ազգային ժողովից։
Բոլոր հարցումներով Փաշինյանի վարկանիշն այնքան էլ մեծ չէ՝ 15-20 %-ի միջակայքում, իսկ բուն «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» վարկանիշն ավելի ցածր է, նույնիսկ փաշինյանական «զոմբի» զանգվածի մոտ ընկալելի է միայն ինքը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, այլ ոչ նրա կողմնակիցները։
Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններն էլ վկայեցին այս հանգամանքը, որ Փաշինյանի և սեփական կուսակցության վարկանիշներն իրարից տարբերվում են։ Գործող իշխանությունների հաշվարկն այն է, որ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում առավելագույնը 35-40 % մասնակցություն է լինելու, իսկ ցածր մասնակցության և վարչական ռեսուրսի չարաշահման դեպքում հնարավոր է խորհրդարանում ունենալ մեծամասնություն, առավել ևս, որ ընդդիմությունը ցաքուցրիվ է, ամենամեծ քաղաքակա ուժի վարկանիշը չի գերազանցում նույնիսկ 5 %-ը, և այս դեպքում իշխանությունը կարող է տարատեսակ մանիպուլացիաներով և ոչ օրինական միջոցների կիրառմամբ՝ ապահովել իր հաղթանակը, ընդ որում Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է խորհրդարան բերել նաև իր արբանյակներին, տարբեր մարդ-կուսակցություններին, որոնք իր հետ մասնակցում են արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի հավաքին, ինչպես օրինակ «Հանրապետությանը» և այլն։
Այս օրերին էլ իշխանությունը մշակում է նման զարգացումների սցենարը, և նրա կուսակիցների մի մասն ու արբանյակ կուսակցությունները պատրաստվում են՝ լրջորեն մտածելով, որ 2024 թվականին կարող են արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ լինել։
