ԱԱԾ-ն հրահանգով հետևում է Երևանի վարչական շրջաններին

Երևանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններից հետո Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը շատ ավելի ուշադիր է սկսել հետևել Երևանի տարբեր վարչական շրջանների աշխատանքին։
Դեռևս նոյեմբերի 2-ին ԱԱԾ-ն բերման էր ենթարկել Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի նախկին թաղապետ Արման Բարխուդարյանին և մի քանի աշխատակիցների։ Ավելի ուշ տեղեկություն հայտնվեց, թե բոլորին ազատ են արձակել, իսկ նախկին թաղապետը քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ չէ։ Ըստ տարածված տեղեկությունների՝ Բարխուդարյանն ու իր ենթակաները բերման են ենթարկվել գնումների գործընթացում պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու կասկածանքով։
Նոյեմբերի 13-ին ձերբակալվեցին և կալանավորվեցին Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի երկու պաշտոնյաներ։ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի տեղեկություններով Տիգրան Մարտիրոսյանն ու մեկ այլ աշխատակից տարբեր անձանցից ստացել էին շուրջ մեկ միլիոն 700 հազար դրամ կաշառք։ Նրանց էլ կաշառք ստանալու և պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու մեղադրանքներ էին առաջադրել։
Երեկ տեղեկություն են տարածել, որ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցները բերման են ենթարկել Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Սամվել Ղուկասյանին։ Ավելի ուշ քաղաքապետարանից հերքեցին տեղեկությունը, նշեցին, որ նրան ընդամենը հրավիրել են Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե, որոշ հարցեր ուղղել։ Ըստ քաղաքապետարանի՝ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարն այս գործով որևէ կարգավիճակ չունի։
Այդուհանդերձ հարկ է նշել, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի շուրջ իրավապահ մարմինների չափազանց մեծ ուշադրությունն արդեն աչք է ծակում։ Ի դեպ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունում նշում են, թե իրավական խնդիրներ քաղաքապետարանում և այլ կառույցներում մշտապես են եղել, սակայն ԱԱԾ և այլ իրավապահների ուշադրությունն ամենևին էլ պատահական չէ, կամ էլ օպերատիվ տեղեկություններով պայմանավորված չէ, պարզապես քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը Տիգրան Ավինյանին տալուց հետո Փաշինյանը փորձում է նրան հասկացնել, որ ինքն է իրավիճակի գլխավոր վերահսկողը և ցանկացած պահի կարող է քրեական գործ հարուցել ոչ միայն Ավինյանի մտերիմների, այլ նաև յուրաքանչյուր ՔՊ-ականի նկատմամբ։
