Եթե կարճ ամփոփենք իշխանավորների այսօրվա հայտարարությունները, ապա տարածաշրջանում խաղաղությունն ու բարիդրացիությունը ներկայիս հայկական իշխանությունը տեսնում է բացառապես Հայաստան պետության արմատական շահերի հաշվին թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի շահերի սպասարկման ներքո:

Այս գործին են նետված Հայաստանում իշխող վերնախավի տեղեկատվական, քարոզչական, քաղաքական բոլոր ռեսուրսները։ Սա փաստ է, որի հետ արդեն չեն վիճում անգամ իշխանամետ բանախոսները։ 

Հենց Հայաստանի ազգային և պետական շահերի տոտալ հանձնման մեջ է, որ ներկայիս հայկական իշխանությունը տեսնում է իր՝ որպես երկրում իշխող «էլիտայի» պահպանման գրավականը։ 

Բայց իրականում ամեն ինչ ավելի քան ակնհայտ է. թավշյա իշխանությունը հանրային դիսկուրսի է հանել հետևյալ ձևաչափը՝ կապիտուլյացիայի ստորագրում (այսպես կոչված` խաղաղության պայմանագիր)՝ թուրք - ադրբեջանական տանդեմի պահանջների առավելագույն բավարարմամբ, «հպարտ քաղաքացիներին» խոստումների դիմաց, որ նրանց կյանքը կուշտ և անվտանգ կլինի թուրք֊ադրբեջանական տարածաշրջանային պրոտեկտորատի ներքո։  
Ըստ էության, բովանդակությամբ հակահայկական, հակապետական, ապազգային կոնցեպտը` Հայրենիքի «փոխանակումը» ստամոքսաղիքային պահանջմունքների հետ, հանդիսանում է իրական ընտրությունը, որն առաջարկում են «հպարտ քաղաքացիներին» այսօրվա իշխանությունները։ 

Սակայն Հայաստանի թավշյա իշխանության ծրագրերի համեմատական վերլուծությունն իրականության հետ միանշանակ մատնանշում է, որ հայկական իշխանությունների առաջարկած Հայրենիքի փոխանակումը «կուշտ փորի» հետ հնարավոր չէ իրականացնել մի պարզ պատճառով:

Թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմին պետք չէ հասնել Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հնազանդությանը, նրանք դրան արդեն հասել են, նրանց պետք է հայկական գործոնի դուրս մղում/ոչնչացում տարածաշրջանից։ 
Միայն ակնհայտ թրքասեր մանկուրտները կարող են դա չտեսնել։ 
Ի դեպ, թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի կողմից հրապարակավ հնչեցված ծրագրերը որևէ կերպ չեն նախատեսում տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության և հավասար տնտեսական հարաբերությունների առկայություն:
Դա կտրականապես բացառվում է, քանի որ ոչ մի կերպ չի համապատասխանում Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի դոկտրինալ  նպատակներին ու խնդիրներին։ 
Պետք է խոստովանել, որ ոչ Թուրքիան, ոչ Ադրբեջանը կես քայլ անգամ չեն անի, եթե այդ կես քայլերը համապատասխանեն Հայաստանի շահերին։ 
Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը գիտի՞ այդ մասին։
Այո, գիտի:
Կարո՞ղ է արդյոք իշխանությունը փոխել թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի դոկտրինն ու նպատակները:
Իհարկե` ոչ։ 
Այնպես որ, իշխանությունների առաջարկը` «սիրելի ժողովրդին», ստամոքսի փոխանակումը` Հայրենիքի հետ, բացի այն, որ ցինիկ անբարոյականություն է, նաև իսպառ կենսունակ չէ։ 
Առնվազն դա հակասում է շատ ժողովուրդների և երկրների գոյության տրամաբանությանը, փաստերին և պատմական փորձին։ 
Գուցե դա՞ է պատճառը, որ հայկական իշխանությունը սխալ է համարում «պատմական փորձի» վրա հենվելը։
