Լարսի փակումը տնտեսական կոլապսի կարող է հանգեցնել

Գրեթե 3000 բեռնատարներ արդեն մի քանի օր է կանգնած են Վերին Լարս անցակետի հերթերում։ Ռուսաստանն արգելել է Հայաստանից գյուղմթերք և այլ ապրանքներ արտահանել, ու, թեպետ, «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը» հայտարարում է, թե Հայաստանից արտահանվող ապրանքների մեջ կարանտինային վնասատուների հայտնաբերման 72 դեպք է հայտնաբերվել, որոնց պատճառով արգելվում է ապրանքների ներկրումը Ռուսաստան, ակնհայտ է, որ խնդիրը հիմնականում և մեծամասամբ քաղաքական է։
Բեռնափոխադրումներն ահազանգում են, որ իրենց ապրանքը ճանապարհին փչանում է։ Երեկ, օրինակ, մի ամբողջ բեռնատար ծաղիկներ են հետ վերադարձրել Հայաստան և ամբողջ բեռը ոչնչացնելու են, արտահանող ընկերությունն էլ տարիներ շարունակ առանց խնդրիների աշխատել է ռուսական գործընկերների հետ։ Գործող իշխանություններն այդ առումով որևէ ջանք չեն գործադրում և լրջորեն չեն մոտենում խնդիրների լուծմանը, ընդհակառակը փորձում են ավելի սրել իրավիճակը։
Վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում անհեթեթ և վտանգավոր գրառում է արել, թե՝ «որևէ Լարսի անցակետ փակելը մեր վրա չի ազդի, եթե Հայաստանի բիզնեսը նոր շուկաներ գտնի արտասահմանում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցների տոնական և ոչ տոնական սեղաններին»։ «Հիմա չափազանց կարևոր է, որ հայերը Հայաստանում և սփյուռքում գնեն բացառապես հայկական արտադրության ապրանքներ, գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքներ, խմիչք, Հայաստանի ընկերությունների կողմից մատուցվող ծառայություններ։ Բիզնեսին ու հարկ վճարողին նման կերպ աջակցելն անկախությունն ու սուվերենությունն ամրապնդելու համար կենսական նշանակության վարքագիծ է»,- գրել է Հարությունյանը։
Մինչդեռ փաստ է, որ յուրաքանչյուր սպառող գնում է այն ապրանքը, որը որակյալ է և մատչելի, ուստի այս դեպքում էլ գործ ունենք ոչ թե իշխանությունների հստակ քաղաքականության և սեփական երկրի արտադրողներին ու արտահանողներին աջակցելու, այլ պատասխանատվությունը հիմա էլ սփյուռքահայերի վրա գցելու պարզ պոպուլիզմի հետ։
Պաշտոնական վիճակագրությամբ՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ երկկողմ շրջանառությունը 2022 թվականին հասել է 5 միլիարդ դոլարի։ Հայաստանից անցած տարի 2,5 միլիարդ դոլարի ապրանք է արտահանվել և 2021-ի համեմատ այս թվերը կրկնակի աճել են։ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի առևտրային գլխավոր գործընկերն է, իսկ Լարսը ցամաքային միակ ճանապարհը, որը Հայայստանը կապում է Ռուսաստանի հետ, և այդ ճանապարհի փակումը լրջագույն խնդիրներ է հարուցելու ողջ հանրապետության համար։
