Հայաստանի քաղաքացին տուգանքի մատերիալ է

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացին տուգանքի մատերիալ է»։ 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխության ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բազմիցս հայտարարում էր, թե քաղաքացին տուգանքի մատերիալ չէ։ Գալով իշխանության՝ նա իր քայլերով ապացուցում է, որ հենց էլ տուգանքի մատերիալ է, իսկ իշխանության բոլոր գործողություններն ուղղված են հանրությունից «փող քերելուն»։
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը նախատեսում է կարմիր գծերի գումարը տարեկան 12000 դրամից դարձնել 160000 դրամ։ Շուրջ 13 անգամ կարող է բարձրանալ կայանատեղիների գինը փոքր կենտրոնի համար։ Քաղաքային իշխանությունները նախագիծը դրել են հանրային քննարկման և այդ նախագծի համաձայն փոքր կենտրոնից դուրս կարմիր գծերի գումարը կազմելու է տարեկան 24000 դրամ։ Քաղաքային իշխանությունները պնդում են, թե նպատակը կենտրոնի բեռնաթափումն է, որպեսզի կենտրոն իջնողները երկար չկանգնեն և զբաղեցնեն կայանատեղիները նաև հնարավոր լինի քաղաքի կենտրոնում մեքենա կայանել։ Այլ հարց, որ գնի շեշտակի բարձրացումն առաջին հերթին լրջորեն վնասելու է Երևանի կենտրոնում բնակվողներին, որոնց մեծ մասը սեփական շենքերի բակում այլևս չի կարողանում մեքենա կայանել և ստիպված կայանելու է փողոցում՝ դրա համար ստիպված լինելով հսկայական գումարներ վճարել։
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը տրանսպորտի հարցը լուծելու փոխարեն գնում է կրկին արատավոր և վատ ճանապարհներով։ Փոքր կենտրոնի բեռնաթափում հնարավոր էր միայն մի դեպքում, եթե քաղաքային տրանսպորտը աշխատեր արագ և հարմարավետ, իսկ այս կերպ ընդամենը քաղաքացիներից «փող քերելու» քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում։
Կենտրոնում կայանող վարորդները լուրջ ռիսկեր են տեսնում նախագծի մեջ, կարծում են, թե կտրուկ կավելանան բակերում կայանվող մեքենաների թիվը, նաև կթանկանա մասնավոր կայանատեղիների վարձը։
Քաղաքապետարանի առաջարկն ընդամենը նախագիծ է, առջևում հանրային քննարկումներ են, սակայն իշխանությունը և նրա արբանյակ «Հանրապետությունը» արդեն իսկ ակնարկել են, որ իրենք կողմ են քվեարկելու։ Թե ինչպե՞ս իրենց կպահեն ընդդիմադիրները, դեռ հարց է։
