Կգնա՞ արդյոք Փաշինյանը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ

Մինչ ռուսական կողմը հայտարարում է, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մասնակցելու է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ԱՊՀ երկրների ղեկավարների ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպմանը և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության պաշտոնական հանդիպմանը, հայկական կողմն այդպես էլ առայժմ չի հաստատել այս տեղեկությունը։ Հիշեցնենք՝ օրեր առաջ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը հայտարարեց հանդիպանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասնակցելու հնարավորության մասին։ Դրանից հետո արդեն Կրեմլի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը նշեց, որ՝ «Եթե պարոն Փաշինյանն այնտեղ լինի, իսկ նրան սպասում են, այնպես ինչպես բոլորին, ապա զրուցելու հնարավորություն կլինի»։
Միակ ռուս պաշտոնյան, որը չցանկացավ հստակ հայտնել Փաշինյանի այցի հնարավորության մասին, ԱԳն խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան էր։ Անդրադառնալով այդ երկու նիստերին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասնակցության հնարավորությանը՝ ասել էր, թե պետք է հիմնվել ոչ թե հույսերի, այլ կոնկրետ փաստերի վրա։
Հայկական կողմը ստիպված է մասնակցել Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հանդիպումներին։ ԵԱՏՄ նախագահությունն այնտեղ պետք է անցնի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, և այդ հանդիպումներին չմասնակցելու դեպքում բավականին լուրջ խնդիրներ կարող են ծագել Հայաստանի համար, առավել ևս հաշվի առնելով ԵԱՏՄ-ում առկա խնդիրները, երբ Ռուսաստանի հարուցած սահմանափակումների պատճառով հարյուրավոր հայկական բեռնատարներ ետ են վերադառնում Վերին Լարսի անցակետից։
Ընդհանրապես պետերբուրգյան հանդիպումը հրաշալի հնարավորություն է քննարկել նաև այս հարցերը, բարձրացնել դրանք և Ռուսաստանից պահանջել թույլ տալ հայկական բեռնատարների մուտքը։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, սակայն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն առանձնապես չի շտապում Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ՝ հասկանալով, որ դա կարող է վատ հետևանքներ ունենալ իր համար։ Մասնավորապես հենց տեղում հայտնվելու է, թե՛ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և թե՛ այդ միավորումներում այլ դաշնակիցների ուղիղ քննադատության թիրախի ներքո։
Փաշինյանը մինչ այս պահը չի հաստատել և, թերևս, լավագույն դեպքում, եթե նույնիսկ հաստատի էլ, ապա վերջին պահին՝ այդ կերպ փորձելով պահպանել ինտրիգը։
