Արցախցիները փորձում են պահպանել պետական ինստիտուտները

Արցախի Ազգային ժողովն օրերս փակ նիստ է գումարել, ընդ որում վերջին պահին են խորհրդարանականներին հրավիրել, իսկ նիստի մասին որևէ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն այդպես էլ չեն տարածել։ Տեղեկությունը հայտնվել է նախ ռուսական տելեգրամյան ալիքներում, ապա և հայաստանյան մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներում։

Փաստացի, Արցախի իշխանությունները փորձել են տեղեկությունը գաղտնի պահել Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններից, ինչը լիովին հասկանալի և տրամաբանական է, առավել ևս, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները նախագահի, Ազգային ժողովի խոսնակի, այլ պաշտոնյաների բերանով հայտարարել են, թե Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների պահպանումը Հայաստանի տարածքում սպառնալիք է ներկայացնում Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգությանը։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարչախումբն ամեն ինչ անում է Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտները վերջնականապես ցրելու համար։ Մի կողմից այդ կերպ ծառայություն է մատուցում Իլհամ Ալիևին, մյուս կողմից էլ փորձում է հեռացնել իրեն սպառնացող հիմնական վտանգները։ Գործող իշխանություններն ամենայն լրջությամբ կարծում են, թե Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների պահպանումը կարող է սպառնալ իրենց իսկ իշխանությանը և բնականաբար Արցախի Ազգային ժողովը ստիպված է նիստերն անցկացնել փակ ռեժիմով՝ առանց այդ մասին տեղեկություններ հաղորդելու։

Ի դեպ այդ նիստը, ըստ տարածված տեղեկությունների, առանձնապես հարթ չի անցել, հատկապես Սամվել Բաբայանի գլխավորած «Միասնական հայրենիք» խմբակցությունն առանց որևէ պատճառաբանության ձեռնպահ է քվեարկել հանձնախումբ ստեղծելու որոշմանը։ Այդ հանձնախումբը պետք է աշխարհի տարբեր անկյուններում ներկայացնի Արցախի և բռնի տեղահանված արցախահայության հարցը։ Թեժ բանավեճերից հետո, ի վերջո հաջողվել է համաձայնության հասնել հանձնախմբի ձևավորման հարցում, ևս երկու պատգամավորներ էլ մանդատ են ստացել և երդվել, ավելի վաղ մանդատից հրաժարված իրենց գործընկերների փոխարեն։

Արցախի իշխանությունները, որոնք գտնվում են Հայաստանում, բնավ մտադիր չեն ընկրկել և շարունակում են պետական ինստիտուտները պահպանելուն ուղղված իրենց ջանքերը՝ հասկանալով, որ հենց դա է Արցախի հարցը միշտ թեժ պահելու հնարավորություններից մեկը։
