Արժութային «թոհուբոհը» շարունակվում է

2014թ.-ի համաշխարհային փոխարժեքի շուկայում առաջացած զանգվածային արժեզրկումները շարունակվում են, ու կարծես թե նոր թափ են հավաքում: Արժեզրկման գործընթացում իրենց ազդեցությունն են ունենում քաղաքական ու աշխարհաքաղաքական նոր դասակարգումն ու շուկայում առկա նավթի գնի ծայրահեղ անկայուն իրավիճակը:
2016թ. հունվար ամիսը դեռ չմեկնարկած համաշխարհային շուկան ողողվեց ազգային արժույթների անկման նոր ալիքը: Նախ, հետսովետական պետություններում առկա իրավիճակը, մեղմ ասած, հուսադրող չէ: Առավել ակնառու է Ադրբեջանի իրավիճակը, որտեղ դեռ 2015թ. ազգային արժույթի՝ մանաթի դևալվացիայի երկու ալիք հաջորդեցին իրար:
2016թ. իրավիճակը Ադրբեջանում ոչ միայն չվերականգնվեց, այլև՝ ավելի սրվեց: Դեկտեմբերյան դևալվացիայի արդյունքում պարենային ապրանքների գները դեկտեմբերին աճել էր 4,5%-ով, իսկ ոչ պարենային ապրանքներինը՝ 7,1%-ով: Նման պայմաններում բանկերի ու տարադրամի փոխանակման կետերի մի մասը դադարեցրեց արտասահմանյան արժույթի վաճառքը: Փոխանակման կետերում առաջացան կուտակումներ: Փակվեցին նաև մասնավոր արժույթի փոխանակման կետերը: Բանկերն ու արժույթի փոխանակման կետերը փակման արդյունքում ակտիվացան «սև շուկայի» գներով արժույթ փոխանակող անձինք: Այս ձևով իշխանությունները փորձում են կանխել մանաթի հետագա արժեզրկումը:
Ադրբեջանի Լիման և Սիազան քաղաքների բնակիչները իրականացնում են բողոքի ակցիաներ՝ ցուցարարները բողոքում են ալյուրի, կարագի ու այլ սննդամթերքների գների աճի դեմ: Հաշվի առնելով առկա իրավիճակը, վերլուծաբանները չեն բացառում ազգային արժույթի՝ մանաթի հերթական դևալվացիայի հավանականությունը:
Տարածաշրջանի մյուս պետություններում ևս անկայուն իրավիճակ է: Ղազախստանի ազգային արժույթը՝ տենգեն, դոլարի նկատմամբ հատել է պատմական նվազագույնի շեմը: Արժեզրկումներ են տեղի ունենում նաև Ղրղզստանում: Ղրղզստանի Կենտրոնական բանկը տարեսկզբին ղրղզական սոմայի կուրսը կայուն պահելու նպատակով արժույթի շուկայում $20,85 մլն. է վաճառել: ՌԴ-ի փոխարժեքի շուկայում ևս առկա անկայուն իրավիճակը կարծես թե շարունակական է: Այստեղ ևս համատարած թանկացումներ են: Կառավարությունը հանձնարարել է նախարարություններին կրճատել ծախսերը 10%-ով՝ առկա իրավիճակին դիմագրավելու համար:
Ուշագրավ է, որ Ռուսական առաջատար ՏԱՍՍ լրատվական գործակալության դոսյեում նշվում է, որ 2015թ. ԱՊՀ բոլոր պետություններում ու Վրաստանում, բացի Հայաստանից, տեղի է ունեցել դոլարի նկատմամբ ազգային արժույթների արժեզրկում: Նշվում է, որ ամենից շատ, գրեթե 100-ով արժեզրկվել է ադրբեջանական մանաթը: Ապա հաջորդում են Ղազախստանը, որի ազգային արժույթը դոլարի նկատմամբ արժեզրկվել է 87%-ով, Բելառուսի արժույթը արժեզրկվել է 57,1%-ով, Ուկրաինականը՝ 52,2%-ով, Տաջկաստանի արժույթը՝ 35%-ով, ռուսական արժույթը՝ 29,7%-ով: Իսկ Հայկական դրամի փոխարժեքը մնացել է կայուն՝ մեկ դոլարի դիմաց 471-482 դրամի սահմաններում:
