Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը ծավալուն հարցազրույց է տվել Ռուսաստանում գործող «Նոյան Տապան» թերթին (газета "Ноев Ковчег"), վերլուծել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, դրանից դուրս գալու ելքերը, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին առնչվող հարցերը, ինչպես նաև՝ կետ առ կետ պարզաբանել Հայաստանում գործող իշխանութունների վարած քաղաքականությունը։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը ծավալուն հարցազրույցում  նշել է.

«Ես տեսել եմ մեր զինվորների կարողությունները, ես տեսել եմ մեր սպաների կարողությունները: Մարդիկ, որոնց այսօր քրեական հետապնդման են ենթարկում: Ամեն սպա մեզ մոտ անցնում է անգամ մի քանի քրեական գործերում։ Վերցնում են դրվագ նրանց հետ կապված, հարուցում են քերեական գործ և նրանց տանում, բերում են: Շատերն էլ բանտում տարիներով նստած են, ինչպես, օրինակ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, ով բանտում է երեք տարի, նրան տանում են կալանավայր, հետո հետ են բերում։ Գեներալ-մայոր Արայիկ Հարությունյանը՝ կալանավորված է։ Նա այն եզակի գեներալն է, որի ղեկավարած Քելբաջարի կորպուսը մեկ քայլ անգամ հետ չի նահանջել 2020 թվականի պատերազմի ժամանակ։ Եվ նրան ցանկանում են ինչ-որ դրվագի համար մեղադրել և նստեցնել։ Այսօր անմեղ մարդիկ կալանավորվում են և կալանավայրում անցկացնում 2-3 տարի, հետո նրանց բաց են թողնում: Ինձ մոտ մարդիկ են գալիս, որոնք քաղաքականությամբ են զբաղվում, ինձ այդպես էլ ասում են, որ, եթե այսօր սկսեն իրենց դրսևորել՝ կհայտնվեն բանտում»։
