ՔՊ-ն իշխանություն է զավթում քրեական գործերով անցնող «նախկինի» համար

Ալավերդիում իշխանափոխությունից հետո գործող իշխանությունները երեկ երդմնակալության արարողություն են անցկացրել, որին մասնակցել է ավագանու 27 անդամներից միայն 14-ը։ Նորընտիր համայնքապետ Դավիթ Ղումաշյանը երդվել է լինել ազնիվ ու բարեխիղճ ղեկավար, պահպանել համայնքի իրավունքները։ Թե ինչպես են պահպանվում համայնքի իրավունքները, կարելի ենթադրել հենց երդմնակալության արարողությունից։ Հասարակական կարգը պահպանելու համար նույնիսկ Երևանից էին հարյուրավոր ոստիկաններ տեղափոխել Ալավերդի և շրջափակման պայմաններում են իրականացրել այս արարողությունը։
Ղումաշյանն ընդամենը օրեր առաջ էր իր խմբակցության և «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցությունից ճողոպրած Սիմոն Զախարովի միջոցով դարձել քաղաքապետ, ընդ որում, Ղումաշյանը նաև բազմաթիվ քրեական գործերով է անցել, նախկինում էլ եղել է ՀՀԿ անդամ։ Դեռևս 2017 թվականին՝ իշխանափոխությունից մեկ տարի առաջ, Շնողի գյուղապետ Ղումաշյանը իր աշխատասենյակի ամենատեսանելի վայրում էր փակցրել Սերժ Սարգսյանի լուսանկարը, իսկ լրատվամիջոցներից մեկի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել էր. «Նախագահը մեր կուսակցության ղեկավարն է, մեր աչքի առաջ է, մենք էլ՝ իրա»։
Ղումաշյանին քրեական հետապնդումից արդարացրել էին ընդամենն այս տարվա սկզբին, երբ նա արդեն ավագանու ՔՊ խմբակցության անդամ էր, և նման քաղաքական հետագիծ ունեցող անձին էլ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» առաջ է մղում և ապօրինաբար զավթում իշխանությունն Ալավերդիում։
Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ գործող իշխանությունների համար թիվ մեկ գերկարևոր խնդիրը բացառապես իշխանություն վերցնելն է։ Թե ո՞ւմ միջոցով և ինչպես, դա արդեն բնավ չի հետաքրքրում մի վարչախմբի, որը իշխանության էր գալիս Հայաստանում օրենքի գերակայություն հաստատելու կեղծ խոստումներով։
