Ադրբեջանը ուղիղ բանակցություններ է պարտադրում. Թաքնված վտանգները

Նախօրեին գերիների փոխանակության վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի վարչապետի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմերի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ ուշագրավ մի կետ կա։ Հիշեցնենք՝ կողմերը պայմանավորվել են ազատ արձակել ռազմագերիներին։ Հայաստանն ազատ է արձակելու ադրբեջանցի երկու զինծառայողների, որոնցից մեկը ցմահ ազատազրկման է դատապարտվել ԶՊՄԿ պահնորդի սպանության համար, Ադրբեջանն էլ ազատ է արձակելու 32 հայ զինծառայողների, որոնց մեծ մասը արդեն 3 տարի գտնվում է ադրբեջանական բանտում։
Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ երկու պետությունների միջև վստահության կառուցման ուղղությամբ շոշափելի քայլեր ձեռնարկվել են երկու վարչակազմերի միջև ուղիղ բանակցությունների արդյունքում։ Ըստ էության, հենց Ադրբեջանն է տևական ժամանակ հանդես եկել ուղիղ բանակցություններ սկսելու առաջարկով, մինչդեռ հայկական կողմը, հատկապես վերջին շրջանում, ձգտում էր բանակցություններն անցկացնել արևմտյան կառույցների միջնորդությամբ։
Ադրբեջանի համար սկզբունքային էր կա՛մ Ռուսաստանի միջնորդությամբ, կա՛մ էլ ուղիղ բանակցությունները։ Այժմ ուղիղ բանակցություներով ազատելով գերիներին՝ Ադրբեջանը իր համար հնարավորություն է ստեղծում հայկական կողմին պարտադրելու բացառապես ուղիղ բանակցություններ իրականացնել՝ այդ թվում խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ։
Ընդդիմությունը կարծում է, թե Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է հարցը տեղափոխել երկկողմ ձևաչափ, ինչը, բնականաբար, լուրջ վտանգներ է պարունակում իր համար։ Եթե միջազգային միջնորդները կկարողանային որոշակի կերպով Հայաստանի համար ավելի նպաստավոր դիրք ձեռք բերել, կամ էլ Ադրբեջանին որոշ հարցերում պարտադրել, ապա այսպես պատերազմում կրած պարտությունից և Ադրբեջանի ու նրա գործընկերների դաշնակիցների ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանության պայմաններում հայկական կողմի դիրքերն ավելի են թուլանալու։
Բնավ զարմանալի չէ, որ երեկ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը հայտարարեց, թե ԱԳՆ-ում ծանոթացել են խաղաղության պայմանագրի բանակցվող տարբերակին։ Այլ մանրամասներ չհայտնելով՝ ընդամենը նշեց, որ իրենց մտավախություններն այդ հարցում փաստաթղթին ծանոթանալուց հետո ավելի խորացել է։
