Այսօրվա «ինքն իր համար Հայաստանը» անհեռանկար, փլուզվող Հայաստանն է, այս իշխանության համար պարարտ միջավայրը։

Իր հոդվածում գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը․

«Մեր անելիքը. «ինքն իր համար Հայաստանը» դարձնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն․

Կա ինքն իր համար Նիկոլ, ինքն իր համար իշխանություն, ինքն իր համար՝ ԱԺ, ինքն իր համար՝ ընդդիմություն, ինքն իր համար՝ սուր հարց, իրենք իրենց համար նախկին նախագահներ, ինքն իր համար՝ հասարակություն, նույնիսկ ինքն իր համար՝ քաղբանտարկյալներ։ Ինքն իր համար՝ սահմանին զոհ, ինքն իր համար՝ կորսված Արցախ, ինքն իր համար ապօրինի գույք, ինքն իր համար՝ Բաքվի բանտերում հայեր և լիքը այլ ինքն իր համար իրողություններ։

Այս բոլորի խզվածությունն այնքան մեծ է, որ միասնական պետության մասին այլևս խոսք չկա։ Մեր պետությունը  կորցրել է իմաստային և ֆունկցիոնալ միասնականությունը

Պետություն փրկելը նշանակում է հենց սա՝ վերականգնել միասնական պետության գաղափարը։

Ո՞նց ենք առաջ շարժվելու, ի՞նչ ենք ուզում կառուցել, և ինչպե՞ս. սա է ճիշտ պոզիտիվ բովանդակությունը (սրա համար  գոռալ, հայհոյել, «լիդերացավ» կպնել ու իրար խանդել չէ պետք, կամ՝ Նիկոլին ավելի հնչեղ անուն կպցնել, այլ՝ լուրջ մտավոր ունակություններով թիմ)։ Այս ամենը հանրությանը ներկայացնելու պրոցեսը, բացատրելը, երկխոսության մեջ մտնելը, շահագրգռելը, նույնիսկ գոռալը, արդեն տեխնոլոգիա է, որի համար պետք է կազմակերպչական և նյութական ռեսուրս։

Այսօրվա «ինքն իր համար Հայաստանը» անհեռանկար, փլուզվող Հայաստանն է, այս իշխանության համար պարարտ միջավայրը։

Սրա հակաթույնը միասնական պետության գաղափարն է՝ ներքին հաշտությամբ ու ստրատեգիական տեսլականով։

Սրա համար միանշանակ պետք են նոր ձևաչափեր, նոր լիդերություն, նոր գաղափարներ։ Բայց ցանկացած առողջ միավորման համար նախ տարանջատում է պետք։ Անառողջ սիմբիոզները պետք է դադարեցվեն։

Այսօրվա Նիկոլի իշխանության և տիտղոսային ընդդիմության հարաբերություններն անառողջ համակեցության մի ձև են։ Պայմանական ասած՝ սերժանտից մինչև գեներալ, երբ Նիկոլին հարցեր են տալիս և կոնստրուկտիվ աշխատանքով համատեղ ընտրում ինչ-որ հանձնաժողովի անդամ, դա լայն հանրության մոտ ստեղծում է նորմալության իլյուզիա։ Իսկ մեզ մոտ ոչ մի նորմալ բան չկա։ Մեր կյանքը հիմա մի մեծ ԱՆՆՈՐՄԱԼՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ Է։

Անազնիվ է, և պետության համար վտանգավոր՝ խաբել ինքներս մեզ և հասարակությունը, թե այսօրվա իրականությունը նորմալ է, ու փորձել ուղղակի ապրել։ Հանրային գործչի կշիռը, պետական մտածողությունը հակառակի մեջ է. չվախենալ ֆիքսել ԱՆՆՈՐՄԱԼՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ և լուծումներ առաջարկել։

Այս պրոցեսը միևնույն է գնալու է, սա էվոլյուցիա է, անկասելի ընթացք։ Այլ հարց է, որ պրոցեսը կարելի է արագացնել, բայց հնարավոր է նաև ցավալիորեն դանդաղեցնել և՝ հատկապես  անառողջ սիմբիոզների միջոցով։

Առողջ ձևաչափեր և առողջ պրոցեսներ սկսելու համար նախ պետք է տարանջատվել։ Չպետք է վախենալ արտաքին և ներքին տարանջատումներից՝ գաղափարական, սկզբունքային, արժեհամակարգային տարանջատումները միայն առողջացնելու են միջավայրը։

Պետք է լինել ազնիվ՝ վերջացնելու համար այս մղձավանջը ու սկսել կայուն, ժամանակակից պետություն կառուցել»,- գրել է Հովհաննիսյանը։
